بررسی مقایسه‌ای دانش دانشجویان شرکت کننده در دوره‌ی آموزشی پاتولوژی عملی به دو روش سنتی و الکترونیکی (e-learning) در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان

چکیده

مقدمه: امروزه اکثر دانشگاه‌ها به استفاده از اشکال گوناگون آموزش الکترونیکی  (e-learning) برای توسعه آموزش و یادگیری دانشجویانشان می‌اندیشند. در سال‌های اخیر در کشور ما نیز تلاش‌های موفقی در این زمینه صورت گرفته است. در این مطالعه بر آن شدیم تا محتوای آموزشی درس پاتولوژی عملی را برای ارائه‌ی اینترنتی به صورت آزمایشی طراحی کرده، تأثیر آن را بر میزان یادگیری دانشجویان مطالعه کنیمروش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت نیمه تجربی و دو گروهی بر روی دانشجویان ورودی بهمن 1384 ) ترم چهار) که هنوز درس پاتولوژی عملی را نگذرانده بودند، انجام شد. در ابتدا با کمک استادان درس پاتولوژی طرح درس دوره بازنگری و اهداف آموزشی هر جلسه تعیین شد. پس از تهیه‌ی محتوای آموزشی و کوییزها، در تیمی متشکل از کارشناس آموزش پزشکی، مهندس برنامه نویسی کامپیوتر، مجری طرح و استادان درس، سایت آموزشی به صورت جذاب و کارا طراحی شد. ابتدا با دانشجویان گروه شاهد تماس گرفته شد تا در دوره شرکت کنند. استادان نیز به روش سنتی ابتدا توضیحاتی در مورد حالت‌های پاتولوژیک مورد بحث (مطابق طرح درسی که در مرحله قبل آماده شده بود) دادند. سپس با دانشجویان گروه مورد تماس گرفته شد تا در دوره شرکت کنند. دانشجویان به گروه‌های 4-3 نفری تقسیم شدند و به هر گروه یک کلمه‌ی کاربری و رمز عبور داده شد تا بتوانند از محتوای دوره استفاده کنند. پس از پایان دوره آزمون دانش سنج از دانشجویان گرفته  شد.یافته‌ها: در نهایت 34 نفر در دوره شرکت کردند که با توجه به وقت آزاد آنها 20 نفر در گروه اینترنتی و 14 نفر در گروه سنتی تقسیم شدند. میانگین نمرات این آزمون در گروه اینترنتی (77/2 ± 15/12) به نحو معنی‌داری بیشتر از گروه شاهد (70/3 ± 75/6) بود (001/0 .(P <.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بیانگر آن بود که اختلافات بین نمرات کسب شده‌ی آن‌ها معنی‌دار بوده است که این مطلب می‌تواند در تأیید ارجحیت دوره اینترنتی نسبت به دوره‌ی سنتی باشد. با وجود اختلاف معنی‌داری که بین نمرات دانشجویان در دو گروه سنتی و الکترونیکی وجود داشت ولی این مطالعه تنها تأثیر کوتاه مدت این دوره را بر دانش دانشجویان سنجید. انجام مطالعات بیشتر برای ارزیابی طولانی مدت این شیوه آموزشی توصیه می‌گردد.

Background: In last decades, the technology was outside the education but these days all the universities are eager to use new technologies for improving the quality of education. Isfahan University of Medical Sciences as one of the top universities in Iran, with 6000 students, will encounter problems with improving the quality of education and need to use new methods for education. Having knowledge about new technologies will help us to deal with these problems. In the other hand regarding the special feathers of our country, many researches should be done to choose the best methods. In this study we were to deliver the content of pathology laboratory via the internet and evaluate the knowledge and attitude of the students.Methods: This was a quasi experimental study which was done in the summer of 2008 at Isfahan University of medical sciences. All the volunteers were registered. They were 34 students who divided into two groups based on their means. The control group (14 students) was first told to take part the traditional course and the study group (20 students) takes part in the web based pathology laboratory and then they have gone to the laboratory and practiced their knowledge. The knowledge and attitude of the students were evaluated in both groups using t-test via SPSS15 software.Finding: Finally 34 students were registered, twenty students in the internet group and 14 students in the traditional group. The mean of knowledge questioner was 5.4 greater in the internet group than in traditional group (t = 4.593, P < 0.001).Conclusion: The findings of the study were shown that the students of internet group could better use their knowledge and had greater scores than the traditional. Finally, regarding the above it seems that use of such web based courses can promote students in learning. Also they are more eager to take part such courses. It is recommended to use this method to deliver other basic science courses.
