سند سیاستی ارتقای فعالیت فیزیکی نوجوانان ایرانی

چکیده


مقدمه: انجام فعالیت منظم فیزیکی از دوران کودکی و نوجوانی، فاکتوری زمینه‌ساز برای داشتن یک زندگی سالم و پویا در آینده است. هدف از این مطالعه، مرور شواهد موجود بر افزایش فعالیت فیزیکی نوجوانان برای تدوین برنامه‌ی ملی در سطح کشور بود.

روش‌ها: ابتدا با استفاده از كلید واژه‌های حساس، پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی جستجو و مرورهای نظام‌مند مرتبط استخراج شد. مطالعات موجود از لحاظ مرتبط بودن و كیفیت روش شناختی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای مداخله‌هایی که مؤثر تشخیص داده شدند، معایب، محاسن، هزینه، روش اجرا و محدودیت‌ها از مطالعه‌های اولیه‌ای که مبنای مطالعات مروری منظم بودند، مشخص شد.

یافته‌ها: سه مداخله‌ی اصلاحات برنامه‌ی درسی تربیت بدنی، ایجاد فعالیت‌های فوق برنامه و رویکردهای محیطی و حمایت‌های اجتماعی شناسایی شدند.

نتیجه‌گیری: شواهد موجود حاکی از آن است که تأثیر این مداخله‌ها زیاد نبوده، به طور نسبی مؤثرند. استفاده از رویکرد تلفیقی از هر سه گزینه توصیه می‌شود.
