مقایسه‌ی سلامت روان و مؤلفه‌های روان‌شناسی مثبت (امید، شادی و معنویت) در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بر حسب سال‌های مختلف تحصیلی و ارتباط آن با پیشرفت تحصیلی آنان

چکیده


مقدمه: از آن جایی که پزشکان نقش مهمی در حفظ بهداشت و سلامت جامعه ایفا می‌کنند، ضروری است که آن‌ها نه تنها از سلامت جسمانی و روانی کافی برخوردار باشند، بلکه از لحاظ ویژگی‌های مثبت و ارتقای سطح سلامت نسبت به سایر افراد بالاتر باشد. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی و مقایسه‌ی سلامت روان و مؤلفه‌های روان‌شناسی مثبت از جمله شادی، امید و معنویت در دانشجویان پزشکی در طول سال‌های مختلف تحصیلی بود.

روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی بر روی یک نمونه‌ی تصادفی 332 نفری از دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1392 انجام شد. از 28-GHQ (General health questionnaire)، پرسش‌نامه‌ی شادی Oxford و مقیاس امید Allison، و پرسش‌نامه‌ی سلامت معنوی Schneider استفاده شد. داده‌های به دست آمده توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 20 و آزمون‌های t، آنالیز واریانس، ضریب همبستگی Pearson و Logistic regression مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: درکل شرکت کنندگان، میانگین نمره‌ی سلامت معنوی، 678/15 ± 201/90، سلامت روان 678/15 ± 798/27، شادی 274/17 ± 385/68 و امید 154/3 ± 373/23 به دست آمد. نمره‌ی شادی در بین سال‌های مختلف تفاوت معنی‌دار داشت (05/0 > P). همچنین ضریب همبستگی Pearson نشان داد که بین شادی، امید و معنویت با سلامت روان و خرده مقیاس‌های آن ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود دارد (05/0 > P). تنها معنویت، با معدل تحصیلی دانشجویان ارتباط معنی‌دار داشت.

نتیجه‌گیری: کاهش معنی‌دار نمره‌ی شادی بین دانشجویان سال‌های ابتدایی و انتهایی و همچنین ارتباط معنی‌دار شادی، امید و معنویت با سلامت روان، توجه به سرمایه‌ی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان را ضروری می‌سازد.
