اثر پانسمان هیدروژل پلی‌وینیل پایرولیدون بر بهبود زخم باز در موش صحرایی

چکیده


مقدمه: برای سال‌ها ترکیب‌ها و روش‌های مختلف برای بهبود زخم مورد استفاده قرار گرفته که برخی مؤثر و تعدادی بدون تأثیر و حتی مضر بوده است. پانسمان‌های جدید مانند هیدروژل، نتایج قابل توجهی در ترمیم زخم نشان داده است. هیدروژل به دلیل شفافیت، تبادل گازهای تنفسی و آب، جذب ترشحات زخم، تنظیم دمای سطح زخم، جلوگیری از عوامل عفونت‌زا و تعویض آسان مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر پانسمان هیدروژل پلی‌وینیل پیرولیدون بر درمان زخم ایجاد شده در موش صحرایی انجام شد.

روش‌ها: 30 موش صحرایی با وزن 20 ± 230 گرم به صورت نیمه‌تصادفی به گروه‌های ده‌تایی شاهد، درمان با تتراسایکلین و درمان با هیدروژل تقسیم شدند. پس از بی‌هوشی و تراشیدن محل، از پوست پشت هر حیوان قطعه‌ای به ابعاد cm 1 x 1 برداشته شد. دوره‌ی درمان 21 روزه در نظر گرفته شد و اندازه‌گیری سطح زخم در روزهای 0، 7،10، 14،17 و 21 انجام گرفت. زخم‌ها در روزهای 7 و 14 نمونه‌برداری و بررسی هیستوپاتولوژیک شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و انجام آزمون ANOVA (Analysis of variance) تجزیه و تحلیل شد.

یافته‌ها: بهبود زخم در گروه هیدروژل در مقایسه با دو گروه‌ دیگر به صورت معنی‌داری (05/0 > P) سریع‌تر و طول مدت ماندگاری اثر زخم و تغییر رنگ پوست در گروه هیدروژل نسبت به دو گروه دیگر به صورت معنی‌داری (05/0 > P) کمتر بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که هیدروژل باعث تسریع در فرآیند ترمیم زخم می‌شود.
