تأثیر شش هفته تمرین شنا همراه با مصرف عصاره‌ی آلوئه‌ورا بر نیمرخ چربی موش‌های نر مبتلا به دیابت

چکیده


مقدمه: دیابت نوع 1، یک اختلال خود ایمنی است که در آن، اعمال متابولیک بدن دچار اختلال می‌شود. از آن جایی که داروهای گیاهی برای درمان بیماری نسبت به بسیاری از داروهای شیمیایی عوارض کمتری دارند، هدف از انجام مطالعه‌ی حاضر، بررسی اثر تمرین شنا همراه با مصرف عصاره‌ی آلوئه‌ورا برنیمرخ چربی موش‌های صحرایی مبتلا به دیابت بود.

روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی تجربی، 28 سر موش صحرایی نر مبتلا به دیابت انتخاب و در چهار گروه شاهد، تمرین شنا، عصاره‌ی آلوئه‌ورا و تمرین شنا همراه با آلوئه‌ورا قرار گرفتند. برنامه‌ی تمرین شنا، به صورت فزاینده در هفته‌ی اول با 6 دقیقه آغاز شد و تا هفته‌ی ششم به 36 دقیقه افزایش یافت. گروه‌های آلوئه‌ورا و شنا همراه با آلوئه‌ورا، روزانه 300 میلی‌گرم برکیلوگرم عصاره‌ی آلوئه‌ورا به صورت صفاقی دریافت کردند.

یافته‌ها: تمرین شنا، مصرف عصاره‌ی آلوئه‌ورا و ترکیب آن‌ها اثر معنی‌داری بر بهبود نیمرخ چربی موش‌های مبتلا به دیابت داشت (050/0 ≥ P)؛ تمرین شنا همراه با مصرف عصاره‌ی آلوئه‌ورا نسبت به مصرف عصاره‌ی آلوئه‌ورا اثر بیشتری بر بهبود نیمرخ چربی موش‌های مبتلا به دیابت داشت (050/0 ≥ P). همچنین، تمرین شنا همراه با مصرف عصاره‌ی آلوئه‌ورا نسبت به تمرین شنا اثر بیشتری بر بهبود لیپوپروتئین خیلی کم چگال (Very-low-density lipoprotein یا VLDL)، کلسترول تام (Total cholesterol یا TC) و تری‌گلیسرید (Triglyceride یا TG) موش‌های مبتلا به دیابت داشت (050/0 ≥ P).

نتیجه‌گیری: تمرین شنا همراه با مصرف عصاره‌ی آلوئه‌ورا، نقش تعاملی در بهبود نیمرخ چربی موش‌های صحرایی مبتلا به دیابت دارد.
