چکیده

مقدمه: هپاتیت B یکی از بیماری‌های شایع درگیر کننده‌ی کبد است که یکی از عوارض آن تأثیر بر بعد روانی و زندگی اجتماعی بیمار می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین فراوانی نسبی افسردگی و اضطراب در بیمارن مبتلا به هپاتیت B طراحی و اجرا شد.روش‌ها: در یک مطالعه‌ی ‌مقطعی، بیماران مبتلا به هپاتیت مزمن B مراجعه کننده به مرکز تحقیقات بیماری‌های عفونی و گرمسیری اصفهان در یک دوره‌ی زمانی 4 ماهه به روش تصادفی ساده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات دموگرافیک و اطلاعات مربوط به افسردگی و اضطراب بیماران توسط پرسش‌نامه‌ها‌ی استاندارد شده‌ی Beck depression intentory و Zung self rating anxiety scale جمع‌آوری گردید.یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه، 107 بیمار مبتلا به هپاتیت مزمن B شامل ‌78 (‌9/72 درصد) مرد و 29 (1/27 درصد) زن با میانگین سنی 13 ± 39 سال شرکت کردند. نمره‌ی افسرد‌گی تمامی‌ افراد شرکت کننده بین صفر تا 9 یعنی در محدوده‌ی طبیعی بود و تنها 8/2 درصد از آن‌ها از اضطراب رنج می‌بردند.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از عدم وجود افسردگی در بیماران مبتلا به هپاتیت مزمن B ‌بود که کمبود اطلاعات در زمینه‌ی بیماری می‌تواند یکی از علل این ‌موضوع باشد که باید مورد توجه پزشکان و مسؤولان مرتبط با این امر قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Background: Hepatitis B is one of the common liver diseases. It also affects mental and social aspects of life.Methods: In this cross- sectional study, patients affected with chronic hepatitis B who referred to Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine Research Center, Isfahan, Iran were studied. After filling a validated questionnaire including demographics and information related to depression and anxiety, the data was analyzed.Findings: Among 107 patients with chronic hepatitis B (78 males and 29 females with mean age of 39 ± 13 years), none had depression and only 2.8% suffered from anxiety.Conclusion: This study demonstrated that patients with chronic hepatitis B do not have depression. One of the causes might be inadequate information about the disease. Such lack of information needs to be taken care of by physicians and authorities.
