پیش‌گویی کننده‌های غیر زیستی میل جنسی در زنان دارای اختلال علاقه و برانگیختگی جنسی

چکیده


مقدمه: اختلال علاقه و برانگیختگی جنسی، از شایع‌ترین مشکلات جنسی زنان و یک اختلال چند عاملی است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی پیش‌گویی کننده‌های غیر زیستی میل جنسی در زنان دارای اختلال علاقه و برانگیختگی جنسی در زنان ایرانی بود.

روش‌ها: مطالعه‌ی مقطعی حاضر، بر روی 110 زن همسردار سنین باروری دارای اختلال علاقه و برانگیختگی جنسی مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی اردبیل در سال 1396 انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک و چک لیست بیماری‌های مؤثر بر میل جنسی، شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان و پرسش‌نامه‌ی عوامل غیر زیستی مؤثر بر میل جنسی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های Pearson و Regression انجام گرفت.

یافته‌ها: بر اساس اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر میل جنسی، حیطه‌ی عملکرد جنسی همسر (10/1 ± 82/3)، حریم خصوصی (20/1 ± 24/3) و عوامل اقتصادی (30/1 ± 14/3) به ترتیب در رتبه‌ی اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند. تحلیل Regression خطی برای پیش‌گویی عوامل مؤثر بر میل جنسی نشان داد که حیطه‌ی ارتباطات زناشویی و عوامل اقتصادی به طور معنی‌داری قابلیت پیش‌گویی اختلال علاقه و برانگیختگی جنسی در زنان را داشتند (050/0 > P).

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نقش تأثیرگذار عوامل ارتباطی، اقتصادی و مهارتی بر میل جنسی زنان، اتخاذ رویکرد جامع در مدیریت و درمان اختلال علاقه و برانگیختگی جنسی جهت ارتقای سلامت جنسی زنان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.
