There is no doubt that breastfeeding carries many advantages. Mother's milk is more benefit than formula. Breastfeeding reduce the risk of post natal bleeding infectious disease, breast and ovarian cancer, iron deficiency anemia and even death. There are several factors influence exclusive breastfeeding in the first six month after birth. It is necessary that hygienic systems and mothers baby clinics do suitable proceeding to increase the rate of breastfeeding.Methods: This cross sectional study conducted in Isfahan urban health centers in 2008. The sample size was calculated by especial formula for prevalence study. In this study, we selected 656 children living in Isfahan by easy method. The data were analyzed by SPSS software using Student-t and chi-square test.Finding: 537 (819%) were fed by breastfeeding and 119 (18.1%) were fed by formula. In addition, 235 of boys (78.9%) and 301 of girls (84.3%) were feed by breastfeeding and the difference between two groups was not statistically significant. Many factors have positive role for breastfeeding such as mothers’ awareness mothers job, rank of birth, birth weight and etc and this factors must be noticed by responsibility of public health.Conclusion: This study showed the effect of some factors such as socioeconomic status of family, birth weight, type of delivery and etc in the breastfeeding.}, keywords = {Breast feeding,Formula}, title_fa = {مقایسه‌ی عوامل مؤثر بر تغذیه‌ی انحصاری با شیر مادر در کودکان کمتر از 1 سال در اصفهان در سال 1387}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: تاکنون مطالعات زیادی در مورد فواید شیر مادر هم برای شیرخوار و هم برای مادران شیرده صورت گرفته است. شکی وجود ندارد که استفاده از شیر مادر برای هر دو گروه فواید و مزایای فراوانی دارد. شیر مادر نسبت به شیر خشک فواید بی‌شماری دارد که امروزه کمتر کسی از آن‌ها بی‌اطلاع است. از طرف دیگر، تغذیه‌ی کودک با شیر مادر می‌تواند خطر خونریزی‌های بعد از زایمان، انواع بیماری‌های عفونی، سرطان‌های پستان و تخمدان، کم خونی فقر آهن و حتی مرگ را کاهش دهد. در عین حال، عوامل متعددی وجود دارند که بر تغذیه‌ی انحصاری کودک با شیر مادر در 6 ماهه‌ی اول تولد تأثیر دارند و لازم است که این عوامل مورد بررسی قرار گیرند و  اقدامات مقتضی در مورد رفع آن توسط سیستم‌های ارائه دهنده‌ی مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و کلینیک‌های سلامت مادران و کودکان به عمل آید. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی این عوامل در شهر اصفهان طراحی و اجرا شده است.روش‌ها: این پژوهش، یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی تحلیلی بود که در سال 1387 در سطح مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر اصفهان به انجام رسید. حجم نمونه‌ی مورد نیاز این مطالعه با استفاده از فرمول برآورد حجم نمونه، تعداد 656 کودک شیرخوار در نظر گرفته شد. شیوه‌‌ی نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی آسان بود. اطلاعات مطالعه پس از ورود به رایانه توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد و بدین منظور از آزمون‌های آماری 2χ و t-student استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: 537 نفر (9/81 درصد) از این نوزادان با شیر مادر تغذیه شدند و 119 نفر (1/18 درصد) از شیر خشک استفاده نمودند. از طرف دیگر، 236 نفر از پسران و 301 نفر از دختران از شیر مادر استفاده می‌کردند (9/87 درصد در مقابل 3/84 درصد)؛ در عین حال آزمون 2χ نشان داد توزیع فراوانی استفاده از شیر خشک در دو جنس تفاوت معنی‌دار ندارد.نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل متعددی مانند عامل توصیه‌ی استفاده از شیر خشک، مدت زمان استفاده، میزان آگاهی مادر، شغل مادر، نوع زایمان، رتبه‌ی تولد، فاصله با تولد قبلی، درآمد خانواده و وزن هنگام تولد از عوامل مؤثر در تغذیه کودک با شیر خشک می‌باشند و بایستی تمهیدات لازم جهت اصلاح آن توسط سیستم بهداشتی کشور به عمل آید.}, keywords_fa = {شیر مادر,شیر خشک}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_13238.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_13238_f30814eb30ca6072593a05f37c5b5b0d.pdf} }
