So, it is better to consider the nutrition status and food intake of these patients. There are not numerous studies in this field in Iran. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the anthropometric indice and nutritional intake of HIV-infected patients in Isfahan. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study on 48 HIV-infected patients in Isfahan. Anthropometric measurments were done according to the standard method and food intake was assessed using a validated food-frequency questionnaire. Nutrients intakes of the patients was compared with the recommended dietary allowances (RDA), and the dietary intakes of sociodemographic matched group of healthy Isfahanian population. Findings: Mean of body mass index in men and women was 24 and 22 kg/m2, respectively. Mid arm circumference in men and women was 28 and 29 cm and the body fat percent was 21 and 31% respectively. Low nutrient intake was not seen in men however, women had low intake of vitamin B12, folate and vitamin E compared to RDA. However, the amount of vitamin B12 among infected men and energy intake among infected women were lower than Isfahanian healthy population’s intake. Conclusion: Although the body mass index of the patients was in the normal range but their body fat percentage was higher than standard and their lean body mass was lower than standard. Low intake of some nutrients shows the nessecity of the nutrition intervention.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {ارزیابی وضعیت شاخص‌های تن‌سنجی و دریافت‌های غذایی در بیماران مبتلا به عفونت HIV}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: سوء تغذیه یکی از عوارض مهم و پیچیده‌ی عفونت Human Immonodeficiency Virus (HIV) می‌باشد؛ از این رو، توجه به دریافت‌های غذایی و وضعیت تغذیه‌ای مبتلایان به ایدز اهمیت می‌یابد. با توجه به کمبود اطلاعات در این زمینه در مبتلایان به ایدز در ایران، هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر ارزیابی وضعیت دریافت‌های غذایی و شاخص‌های تن‌سنجی در بیماران مبتلا به عفونت HIV در اصفهان بود. روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی بر روی 48 بیمار مبتلا به عفونت HIV انجام شد. شاخص‌های تن‌سنجی با استفاده از روش‌های استاندارد اندازه‌گیری شد و بررسی دریافت‌های غذایی بیماران با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی بسامد خوراک اعتبارسنجی شده ارزیابی گردید. دریافت‌های غذایی افراد با مقادیر توصیه شده‌ی روزانه (RDA)، مقادیر مصرفی روزانه‌ی گزارش شده از استان اصفهان و نیز یک گروه افراد سالم اصفهانی که از نظر شرایط دموگرافیک با بیماران مطابقت داشتند، مقایسه شد. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه، میانگین شاخص توده‌ی بدنی در مردان 22 و در زنان 24 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع بود. میانگین دور بازو در زنان و مردان به ترتیب 29 و 28 سانتی‌متر و چربی بدن در زنان 31 و در مردان 21 درصد بود. در مورد ریزمغذی‌های دریافتی در گروه مردان مبتلا، کمبودی دیده نشد اما در گروه زنان مبتلا، در مورد فولات، ویتامین B12 (کوبالامین) و ویتامین E نسبت به مقادیر استاندارد Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) کمبود دیده شد. مقادیر دریافتی ویتامین B12 در مردان مبتلا و مقادیر انرژی دریافتی در زنان بیمار در مقایسه با مقادیر دریافتی گزارش شده از گروه افراد سالم اصفهانی کمتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: زنان و مردان مبتلا به عفونت HIV گرچه در محدوده‌ی وزن طبیعی قرار داشتند و شاخص توده‌ی بدنی آن‌ها طبیعی بود، ولی درصد چربی بدنشان زیادتر از مقادیر استاندارد و در عوض میزان توده‌ی بدون چربی کمتر از مقادیر استاندارد بود. کمبود دریافت برخی از ریزمغذی‌ها ضرورت اجرای مداخلات تغذیه‌ای در این گروه هدف را نشان می‌دهد. واژگان کلیدی: ایدز، تغذیه، تن‌سنجی، وزن، دریافت غذایی}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_13278.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_13278_15c82cefac11bbbc56b7716dbcdafc3a.pdf} }
