The exposure to bioaerosols in the hospital may causes infection especially in immunocompromised patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Bioaerosol concentrations in air of various parts of three hospitals of Isfahan University of medical sciences, Iran.Methods: An Anderson biosampler was used for the bacterial and fungal collection. The effect of factors such as humidity, temperature and outdoor Bioaerosol concentrations were also evaluated.Findings: The lowest mean of fungal and bacterial concentration was observed in hospital operating rooms and the highest concentration was detected in infectious diseases ward of hospital 1 and 2 and surgery ward of hospital 3. Significantly, bacterial levels were found to be higher in hospital wards than outdoor; except hospital operating roo. Conclusion: Our results show that bioaerosol concentrations in hospitals were relatively high and in particular, the higher levels of bacteria than outdoor might be related to the presence of patients, their activity, unsuitable ventilation and disinfection. Therefore, environmental control measures are needed to assure hospital environmental quality especially in wards with immunocompromised patients.}, keywords = {Bioaerosol,Fungi,Bacteria,Air,hospital}, title_fa = {غلظت آئروسل‌های بیولوژیکی در بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: آئروسل‌های بیولوژیکی به ذرات منتقل شده توسط هوا گفته می‌شود که شامل ارگانیسم‌های زنده مانند باکتری‌ها، ویروس‌ها، قارچ‌ها و متابولیت‌های ناشی از آن‌ها نظیر اندوتوکسین‌ها می‌باشند. تماس با آئروسل‌های بیولوژیکی در بیمارستان به ویژه در بیماران دارای نقص سیستم ایمنی منجر به ایجاد عفونت در آن‌ها می‌گردد. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی غلظت آئروسل‌های بیولوژیکی در هوای بخش‌های مختلف سه بیمارستان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بود.روش‌ها: به منظور بررسی میزان باکتری‌ها و قارچ‌ها در هوای بیمارستان‌های مورد مطالعه از نمونه بردار تک مرحله‌ای Anderson استفاده گردید. همچنین اثر عواملی مانند رطوبت، دمای هوا و غلظت بیوآئروسل‌های بیرون بیمارستان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: کمترین میزان شمارش کلنی‌های قارچی و باکتریایی در هوای بخش‌های هر سه بیمارستان فوق مربوط به اتاق عمل بود و بیشترین غلظت در بیمارستان 1 و 3 مربوط به بخش عفونی و در بیمارستان 2 مربوط به بخش جراحی بود. آنالیز آماری همچنین بالا بودن میانگین باکتری در هوای داخل بخش‌ها به جز اتاق عمل نسبت به هوای بیرون را تأیید کرد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده غلظت بیوآئروسل‌ها در بیمارستان‌های فوق به نسبت بالا بود. بالا بودن تعداد باکتری‌ها نسبت به هوای بیرون می‌تواند مرتبط با حضور بیماران، فعالیت‌های آن‌ها، تهویه‌ی ناکافی و عدم گندزدایی صحیح بیمارستان باشد. بنابراین باید اقدامات کنترلی لازم به خصوص در بخش‌های دارای بیماران نقص سیستم ایمنی صورت گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {آئروسل‌های بیولوژیکی,قارچ,باکتری,هوا,بیمارستان}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_13484.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_13484_e4286e80f668cf24cec19b731e3c4bec.pdf} }
