At the time of study, the subjects were involved in a resistance training program of at least three sessions per week. The testing period included two test days per week, incorporating a total of two days of "rest" and two days of "exercise". Subjects were randomly selected to participate on the "rest" and "exercise" days. The heavy resistance exercise protocol consisted of three, ten-repetition sets using 75% of one repetition maximum (1RM). Saliva samples were obtained every two hours for a maximum of 16 hours during each testing day. The repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was followed by post-hoc LSD test. The significance level was considered as P ≤ 0.05.Findings: There was a significant increase in the level of salivary cortisol immediately after the heavy resistance exercise session (P ≤ 0.05). There were no significant differences between the exercise and control days in circadian rhythm of salivary cortisol (P ≥ 0.05). Conclusion: This study showed that heavy resistance exercise had a significant effect on cortisol release immediately post exercise, but did not significantly affect the waking circadian rhythm in male body building athletes }, keywords = {Resistance exercise,Circadian Rhythm,Salivary cortisol}, title_fa = {اثر تمرین مقاومتی سنگین بر ریتم شبانه روزی کورتیزول بزاقی در ورزشکاران مرد بدن‌ساز}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر ارزیابی اثر تمرین مقاومتی سنگین بر ریتم شبانه روزی کورتیزول بزاقی در ورزشکاران مرد بدن‌ساز بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک طرح روایی هم عرض متعادل بود. 15 مرد تمرین کرده‌ی مقاومتی با 3 سال سابقه‌ی تمرین مقاومتی از میان ورزشکاران بدن‌ساز به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. آزمون‌ها در دو مرحله اجرا گردید. در هفته‌ی اول از آزمودنی‌ها خواسته شد که در آزمون یک تکرار بیشینه برای به دست آوردن حداکثر وزنه شرکت کنند و پس از طی 2 هفته، به اجرای پروتکل تمرین مقاومتی شامل 3 دوره‌ی 10 تکراری با شدت 75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه در هر تمرین پرداختند. لازم به ذکر است که هنگام جلسات تمرین مقاومتی و استراحت، نمونه‌ی بزاق آزمودنی‌ها، در طی شبانه روز، هر 2 ساعت یک بار (از 6 صبح تا 21 شب) برای اندازه‌گیری کورتیزول جمع‌آوری گردید. برای تعیین غلظت هورمون‌ها از روش ELISA استفاده شد. از آزمون Repeated measure ANOVA برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی افراد مورد مطالعه 20/2 ± 30/22 سال و قد و وزن آن‌ها به ترتیب 03/4 ± 5/178سانتی‌متر و 02/3 ± 9/73 کیلوگرم بود و شاخص توده‌ی بدنی آن‌ها 10/1 ± 26/23 کیلوگرم بر متر محاسبه شد.  نتایج حاصل افزایش معنی‌داری را در غلظت ترشح هورمون کورتیزول بلافاصله پس از جلسه‌ی تمرین مقاومتی سنگین نشان داد (05/0 > P). همچنین، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین روزهای کنترل و تمرین در ریتم شبانه روزی کورتیزول وجود نداشت (05/0 < P).نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد اگر چه تمرین مقاومتی سنگین اثر معنی‌داری روی ترشح هورمون کورتیزول بلافاصله پس از تمرین داشت، اما در ریتم شبانه روزی کورتیزول در حالت بیداری این اثر معنی‌دار نبود.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین مقاومتی,ریتم شبانه روزی,کورتیزول بزاقی}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_13637.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_13637_3da8873915d180882c7ef198f6c8bf09.pdf} }
