It is important that despite the high prevalence of hypothyroidism in reports, limited extent of urodynamic pattern in these patients (case report) are available.Methods: Between April 2010 and April 2013, among all female patients visited the urology clinics of Alzahra and Noor Hospitals, Isfahan, Iran, 1058 patients had complains of chronic urinary symptoms. Approximately, 68 patients had hypothyroidism and urodynamic test was performed for 43 patients whose results were analyzed.Findings: Reduced urination rate (Qmax) was observed in 37.2% of the patients. In 21.3%, bladder outlet obstruction was existed. Bladder sensory impairment was observed in 33.3% of patients and 37.2% were with residual urine (post-void residual or PVR) of higher than normal.Conclusion: The most common disorders of unloading phase (voiding phase) were reduced power of drain, increase remained urine (PVR), and bladder outlet obstruction (BOO). Reduced bladder sensation (hyposensitivity) and overactive bladder (OAB) were the most common problems of filling phase.}, keywords = {Hypothyroidism,Neuropathy,Urodynamic tests,Lower urinary tract symptoms}, title_fa = {بررسی شاخص های های یورودینامیک در زنان مبتلا به هیپوتیروئیدیسم که با شکایت از سمپتومهای دستگاه ادرای تحتانی(LUTS) به درمانگاه اورولوژی مراجعه کرده اند»}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هیپوتیروئیدیسم و نوروپاتی و میوپاتی‌های ناشی از آن، می‌تواند تأثیر قابل توجهی در عملکرد سیستم اداری تحتانی داشته باشد؛ چرا که فعالیت کیسه‌ی عضلانی مثانه و عملکرد مناسب اسفنکترهای آن، به طور قوی در کنترل واکنش‌های اتونوم و سوماتیک است و نسبت به هر نوع نوروپاتی آسیب پذیر می‌باشد. این مطلب حایز اهمیت است که با وجود شیوع بالای هیپوتیروئیدیسم، در حال حاضر، گزارش‌های محدودی در حد Case report در مورد الگوی یورودینامیک این بیماران در دسترس است.روش‌ها: در فاصله‌ی اردیبهشت ماه 1389 تا اردیبهشت ماه 1392 از میان تمامی بیماران زنی که به درمانگا‌ه‌های اورولوژی در بیمارستان‌های نور و الزهرا (س) مراجعه کردند، تعداد 1058 بیمار از علایم مزمن ادراری شکایت داشتند که حدود 68 نفر مبتلا به هیپوتیروئیدیسم بودند و از این تعداد، برای 43 نفر آزمایش یورودینامیک انجام و نتایج آن آنالیز شد.یافته‌ها: کاهش سرعت ادرار کردن (Qmax یا Maximum urinary flow rate) در 2/37 درصد بیماران مشاهده گردید. در 3/21 درصد بیماران، انسداد خروجی مثانه وجود داشت. اختلال حسی مثانه در 3/33 درصد مشاهده شد که این اختلال، در نهایت به شکل کاهش حس ادرار کردن (Hyposensitivity) بود. 2/37 درصد از بیماران باقی‌مانده‌ی ادراری (PVR یا Post-void residual) بیش از حد طبیعی داشتند.نتیجه‌گیری: شایع‌ترین اختلالات فاز تخلیه (Voiding phase) به ترتیب عبارت از کاهش قدرت تخلیه، افزایش باقی‌مانده‌ی ادرار (PVR) و انسداد در خروجی مثانه (BOO یا Bladder outlet obstruction) بوده‌اند. شایع‌ترین اختلالات فاز پر شدن (Filling phase) عبارت از کاهش حس مثانه و OAB (Overactive bladder) بودند. }, keywords_fa = {هیپوتیروئیدیسم,کم کاری تیروئید,نوروپاتی,آزمون یورودینامیک,علایم دستگاه ادرای تحتانی}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_14473.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_14473_68cbcaaa8909c43c11591c65d856d664.pdf} }
