These reactions include lichen planus and oral lichenoid reactions [lichenoid contact reaction, lichenoid drug eruption, and (graft-versus-host disease GVHD)]. This study tried to document the differences between these two groups lesions based on immunological criteria such as immunoglobulins (Ig) G, M, E and A.Methods: The method of this research was descriptive and analytic. The statistical samples included two groups of 25 patients who had lichen planus or lichenoid reactions differentiated from each other via clinical and histopathological criteria of World Health Organization (WHO). 5 cc of blood was taken from each patient. Then, all of the achieved data were analyzed using t and chi-square tests.Findings: The level of IgE increased in two groups, but there was not significant difference between oral lichen planus (OLP) and oral lichenoid reaction (OLR). The level of IgA was increased in oral lichen planus patients (P < 0.05). There were not significant differences between IgG and IgM in two groups.Conclusion: Suggestion of criteria for distinguishing oral lichen planus from oral lichenoid reaction is the first line for obtaining favorable treatment planning for all the patients.}, keywords = {Lichenoid reaction,Lichen planus,Immunoglobulin}, title_fa = {مقایسه‌ی ایمونوگلوبولین‌های G، M، E و A سرم در بیماران مبتلا به لیکن‌پلان و واکنش‌های لیکنوئیدی دهان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: واکنش‌های لیکنوئید نام‌گذاری کلی برای توصیف ضایعاتی است که از نظر کلینیکی و هیستوپاتولوژیک مشابه می‌باشند که به دو گروه لیکن‌پلان و واکنش‌های لیکنوئیدی (تماسی، دارویی و پیوند علیه میزبان) طبقه‌بندی می‌شوند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ایمونوگلوبولین‌های G، M، E و A و اثبات و یا رد تفاوت‌های ایمونولوژیکی بین دو گروه انجام شد.روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شد. نمونه‏ها شامل دو دسته‌ی 25 نفری از بیماران مبتلا به ضایعات لیکن‏پلان و واکنش‏های لیکنوئیدی بودند که بر اساس معیار‏های بالینی و هیستوپاتولوژیک ارایه شده توسط WHO (World Health Organization) تمایز داده شدند. از افراد cc 5 خون جهت تعیین میزان ایمونوگلوبولین‌های G، M، E و A تهیه شد. اطلاعات به دست آمده توسط آزمون t و 2χ و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه، اگر چه اختلاف معنی‌داری از نظر تفاوت میانگین IgE (Immunoglobulin E) بین دو گروه وجود نداشت، اما میانگین سطح آن در هر دو گروه افزایش قابل توجهی را نشان داد. همچنین، میانگین سطح IgA (Immunoglobulin A) در گروه بیماران مبتلا به لیکنوئید نسبت به گروه مبتلا به لیکن‌پلان افزایش معنی‌داری را نشان داد. در مورد ایمونوگلوبولین‌های G و M بین دو گروه اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود نداشت.نتیجه‌گیری: ارایه‌ی معیارهای بیشتر به منظور تفکیک بهتر دو دسته اختلالات لیکن‌پلان دهانی و واکنش‌های لیکنوئیدی، خط اول دستیابی به روش‌های درمانی مناسب در آینده خواهد بود.}, keywords_fa = {واکنش‌های لیکنوئیدی,لیکن پلان,ایمونوگلوبولین}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_14638.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_14638_e5d2fe0e11d1cdf84b10472f0fb00e31.pdf} }
