Nephrotic syndrome is diagnosed with high urinary protein excretion, low blood protein and high blood lipids.Methods: This retrospective study was done to determine the incidence of complications related to nephrotic syndrome in children. All the children with nephrotic syndrome admitted in Imam HosseinPediatric Hospital, Isfahan, Iran, during 2013-2014, entered the study. Information such as age, sex, systolic and diastolic blood pressure (mmHg), length of hospitalization (day), number of relapses, albumin (g/dl), creatinine (g/dl), cholesterol (mg/dl), triglycerides (mg/dl) and urine protein levels (mg/24 hours) and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) (mg/minute) of the patient were collected from their last medical records.Findings: The mean age of patients was 21.8 with a standard deviation of 8.3 years. The most frequent age was 5 years old. 39.3% of patients had increased systolic blood pressure and 36.4% of them had high diastolic blood pressure. In addition, 90.3% of patients had abnormal blood fat (triglycerides or cholesterol increase). 41.9% and 88.4% of patients had impaired albumin and glomerular filtration rates, respectively. 58.0% of patients had +++ proteinuria, as well as 20.2% of them had ++++ proteinuria.Conclusion: Since the treatment and recovery of patients with nephrotic syndrome is very slow and time-dependent and there is not full recovery, we must recognize the symptoms and prevent progression to symptomatic treatment of the diseases; risk factors should be taken to avoid creating secondary problems, too.}, keywords = {Nephrotic syndrome,Complications,Children}, title_fa = {عوارض کودکان مبتلا به سندرم نفروتیک بستری شده در بیمارستان کودکان امام حسین (ع) اصفهان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: مطالعات جهانی نشان می‌دهد که در هر سال، 7-2 مورد جدید از سندرم نفروتیک اولیه در هر 100000 کودک زیر 16 سال به وقوع می‌پیوندد و شیوع جمعی آن، 7/15 در هر 100000 کودک می‌باشد. همچنین، سندرم نفروتیک با دفع زیاد پروتئین ادرار، کاهش پروتئین خون و افزایش چربی‌های خون مشخص می‌گردد.روش‌ها: مطالعه‌ی حاضر یک مطالعه‌ی گذشته‌نگر بود که با هدف تعیین بروز عوارض مربوط به سندرم نفروتیک در کودکان انجام شد. کلیه‌ی بیماران مبتلا به سندرم نفروتیک که در سال‌های 93-1392 در مرکز آموزشی- درمانی کودکان امام حسین (ع) اصفهان بستری شده بودند، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات شامل سن (سال)، جنس، فشار خون سیستول و دیاستول (mmHg)، مدت بستری (روز)، تعداد عود، میزان آلبومین (g/dl)، کراتینین (g/dl)، کلسترول (mg/dl)، تری‌گلیسرید (mg/dl) و پروتئین ادرار (mg/24 hours) و همچنین میزان تصفیه‌ی گلومرولی (GFR یا Glomerular filtration rate) (mg/minute)، از پرونده‌ی مربوط به آخرین بستری آنان استخراج شد.یافته‌ها: میانگین سن بیماران 80/3 ± 21/8 سال بود. بیشترین فراوانی سن بیماران، 5 سال بود. 3/39 درصد از بیماران، پرفشاری خون سیستول و 4/36 درصد، پرفشاری خون دیاستول داشتند. همچنین، در 3/90 درصد از بیماران، اختلال افزایش چربی‌های خون (افزایش تری‌گلیسرید یا کلسترول) مشاهده شد. ضمن این که، به ترتیب 9/41 و 4/88 درصد از بیماران، اختلال در آلبومین و GFR داشتند. درجه‌ی پروتئین‌اوری در 0/58 درصد از بیماران، +++ و در 2/20 درصد آنان، ++++ بود.نتیجه‌گیری: از آن جایی که سیر درمانی و بهبودی این بیماران بسیار کند و وابسته به زمان است و بهبودی کامل نیز وجود ندارد، لازم است با شناخت عوارض این بیماری، به درمان علامتی و جلوگیری از پیشرفت عوامل خطر اقدام نمود تا بیماری‌ها و مشکلات ثانویه به وجود نیاید.}, keywords_fa = {سندرم نفروتیک,عوارض,کودکان}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_14791.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_14791_c1232f10adf3abdef597e0c6dc4d45df.pdf} }
