In this study, we aimed to investigate the association of postoperative delirium and mean arterial pressure (MAP) during cardiopulmonary pump in patients after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG).Methods: 100 inpatients submitted to coronary artery bypass graft were evaluated prior to and after surgery. In order to investigate the association between mean arterial pressure and incidence of delirium, data were collected at pre intra, and postoperative periods. The patients were examined for delirium using Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE).Findings: Preoperative delirium was detected in 34 patients (34%) and 74 patients (74%) had postoperative delirium. There was a significant positive correlation between total score of MMSE and mean arterial pressure during cardiopulmonary pump (r = +0.22, P = 0.02). Furthermore, there was a significant correlation between total score of MMSE and O2 saturation (r = +0.22, P = 0.03).Conclusion: Present study suggests associations between incidence of postoperative delirium and mean arterial pressure and O2 saturation during cardiopulmonary pump. Maintaining mean arterial pressure and O2 saturation of blood at physiologic levels during cardiopulmonary pump may be associated with less early postoperative delirium and cognitive dysfunction.}, keywords = {Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting,Delirium,Mean arterial pressure}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط بین میانگین فشار شریانی طی پمپ قلبی- ریوی و بروز دلیریوم بعد از عمل بای‌پس عروق کرونر}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: با وجود بهبود نتایج بعد از عمل‌های قلبی، دلیریوم یک عارضه‌ی نورولوژیک شایع بعد از جراحی قلبی می‌باشد. از این رو، مطالعه‌ی حاضر، با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین دلیریوم بعد از عمل با میانگین فشار شریانی طی پمپ قلبی- ریوی در بیماران کاندیدای بای‌پس عروق کرونر انجام شد.روش‌ها: در مجموع، 100 بیمار بستری کاندیدای بای‌پس عروق قلبی قبل و بعد از جراحی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. به منظور بررسی ارتباط بین میانگین فشار شریانی و بروز دلیریوم، داده‌ها در بازه‌های قبل، حین و بعد از عمل جمع‌آوری شدند. بیماران با استفاده از آزمون کوتاه وضعیت ذهنی ارزیابی شدند.یافته‌ها: دلیریوم قبل از عمل در 34 بیمار (34 درصد) یافت شد. همچنین، از 100 بیماری که تحت عمل بای‌پس عروق قلبی گرفتند، 74 بیمار (74 درصد) بیمار به دلیریوم بعد از عمل مبتلا شدند. ارتباط مثبت معنی‌داری بین امتیاز کل آزمون کوتاه وضعیت ذهنی و میانگین فشار شریانی طی پمپ قلبی- ریوی وجود داشت (020/0 = P و 220/0+ = r). همچنین، ارتباط معنی‌داری بین امتیاز کل آزمون کوتاه وضعیت ذهنی و درصد اشباع اکسیژن وجود داشت (030/0 = P و 290/0+ = r).نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه‌ی حاضر، ارتباط‌هایی بین بروز دلیریوم بعد از عمل و میانگین فشار شریانی و اشباع اکسیژن خون طی پمپ قلبی- ریوی را پیشنهاد می‌کند. حفظ میانگین فشار شریانی و اشباع اکسیژن خون در سطوح فیزیولوژیک طی پمپ قلبی- ریوی، ممکن است با میزان کمتر دلیریوم زودرس بعد از عمل و اختلال شناختی در ارتباط باشد.}, keywords_fa = {میانگین فشار شریانی,پیوند عروق کرونر,دلیریوم}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15375.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15375_76b0dde8a79f9e68cd6738ac5a6fb718.pdf} }
