This study aimed to evaluate and compare early and late referral patterns in patients with bile duct injury following cholecystectomy.Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 64 patients with bile duct injury following cholecystectomy were enrolled into the study according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The patients were divided into two groups according to the types of bile duct injuries (based on early and late referral). The postoperative results were evaluated in two groups.Findings: Postoperative complications such as bile duct dilatation (P < 0.001), pruritus (P < 0.001), and cholangitis (P = 0.020) were significantly higher in the late referral group than early referral group. In addition, mean values of aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine transaminase (ALT) in the late referral group were significantly higher than early referral group, too (P = 0.001 and P = 0.002, respectively).Conclusion: If patients with bile duct injury be diagnosed and referred at early stages (early referral), postoperative complications and duration of complication reduce significantly in these patients.}, keywords = {Cholecystectomy,Bile duct injury,Referral patterns,Postoperative complications}, title_fa = {بررسی نتایج عمل جراحی در بیماران مبتلا به آسیب مجاری صفراوی به دنبال کوله‌سیستکتومی بر اساس زمان ارجاع؛ یک مطالعه‌ی پنج ساله}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: آسیب مجاری صفراوی، یکی از آسیب‌های نادر در جراحی کله‌سیستکتومی است که با عوارض جدی در ارتباط است. بنابراین، هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی و مقایسه‌ی ارجاع زودرس و دیررس در بیماران با آسیب مجاری صفراوی به دنبال عمل جراحی کله‌سیستکتومی بود.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی- توصیفی، 64 بیمار با آسیب مجاری صفراوی که تحت عمل جراحی کله‌سیستکتومی قرار گرفته بودند، با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج وارد مطالعه شدند. سپس، بیماران بر اساس نوع آسیب مجاری صفراوی به دو گروه ارجاع زودرس و دیررس تقسیم شدند. نتایج بعد از عمل در دو گروه بررسی شد.یافته‌ها: فراوانی عوارض بعد از عمل مانند اتساع مجاری صفراوی (001/0 > P)، خارش (001/0 > P) و کلانژیت (020/0 = P) در گروه ارجاع دیررس به صورت معنی‌داری بیشتر از گروه ارجاع زودرس بود. همچنین، میانگین Aspartate transaminase (AST) (001/0 = P) و Alanine transaminase (ALT) (002/0 = P) در گروه ارجاع دیررس بیشتر از گروه ارجاع زودرس بود.نتیجه‌گیری: اگر بیماران با آسیب مجاری صفراوی در همان مراحل اولیه (ارجاع زودرس) تشخیص و ارجاع داده شوند، میزان عوارض بعد از عمل و طول مدت آن در این بیماران به نحو معنی‌داری کاهش می‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {کله‌سیستکتومی,آسیب مجاری صفراوی,ارجاع,عوارض بعد از عمل}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15461.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15461_bafc3d3fea7283979dfc0c957db50fde.pdf} }
