The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the effect of different doses of acetazolamide on postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy with carbon dioxide gas.Methods: In this double-blind clinical trial study, 90 patients who were candidates for laparoscopic cholecystectomy were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups. The first group was treated with acetazolamide (10 mg/kg up to 750 mg), the second group was treated with acetazolamide (5 mg/kg up to 375 mg), and the third group was treated with placebo (empty capsule) one hour before the operation. Then, the study variables were compared between three groups.Findings: At the baseline, and 6, 12, and 18 hours after the operation, referral pain was significantly less to more in first, second, and third groups, respectively (P < 0.050). Moreover, the need to analgesia (pethidine) in the first group was significantly lower than second and third groups (P < 0.001). However, the postoperative complications in the first group was significantly higher than others (P = 0.002).Conclusion: The usage of 10 mg/kg up to 750 mg of acetazolamide significantly reduced postoperative referral pain, and need to analgesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy with carbon dioxide gas; but the complications of this dose were relatively higher, although were not severe.}, keywords = {Acetazolamide,Cholecystectomy,Laparoscopy,Postoperative pain,Drug precursors}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر تجویز دو دز استازولامید به عنوان پیش‌دارو بر روی تسکین درد ارجاعی پس از عمل جراحی کوله سیستکتومی به روش لاپاروسکوپیک با گاز دی‌اکسید کربن و مقایسه‌ی آن با گروه شاهد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: درد ارجاعی بعد از عمل جراحی لاپاروسکوپی کله سیستکتومی، یکی از عوارض شایع آن است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی و مقایسه‌ی دزهای مختلف استازولامید بر روی کاهش درد بعد از عمل در بیماران تحت عمل جراحی لاپاروسکوپی کله سیستکتومی با گاز دی‌اکسید کربن بود.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی کارآزمایی بالینی دو سوکور، تعداد 90 بیمار که کاندیدای عمل جراحی کله سیستکتومی به واسطه‌ی لاپاروسکوپی بودند، وارد این مطالعه شدند. بیماران به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه موازی شامل گروه تحت درمان با داروی استازولامید استازولامید 10 (تا حداکثر 750) میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم، گروه تحت درمان با داروی استازولامید 5 (تا حداکثر 375) میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم و گروه تحت درمان با دارونما (کپسول خالی) یک ساعت قبل از عمل جراحی قرار گرفتند. سپس، متغیرهای مطالعه در سه گروه مقایسه شد.یافته‌ها: میزان درد ارجاعی بعد از عمل در ابتدا، 6، 12 و 18 ساعت بعد از عمل به ترتیب در گروه‌های استازولامید 10 (تا حداکثر 750) میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم، استازولامید 5 (تا حداکثر 375) میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم و دارونما از کمتر به بیشتر بود (050/0 > P). همچنین، میزان نیاز به پتیدین در گروه استازولامید 10 (تا حداکثر 750) میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم به صورت معنی‌داری کمتر از گروه‌های استازولامید 5 (تا حداکثر 375) میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم و دارونما بود (001/0 > P)، اما میزان عوارض بعد از عمل در گروه استازولامید 10 (تا حداکثر 750) میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم نسبت به سایر گرو‌ه‌ها به صورت معنی‌داری بیشتر بود (002/0 = P).نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از دز 750-10 میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم استازولامید، باعث کاهش قابل توجه درد ارجاعی بعد از عمل و نیاز به داروهای اپیوئید در بیماران تحت عمل جراحی کله‌سیستکتومی لاپاروسکوپی با گاز دی‌اکسید کربن شد، اما میزان عوارض آن به نسبت بالاتر بود؛ هر چند این عوارض شدید نبود.}, keywords_fa = {استازولامید,کله سیستکتومی,لاپاروسکوپی,درد بعد از عمل,پیش دارو}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15587.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15587_7571c54a637c82637f7461d7f4833780.pdf} }
