In order to perform preventing actions, it is essential to consider the condition of substance abusers along with standard drug therapy. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the status of life skills and family health among substance abusers, and compare it with healthy cases.Methods: This study was performed on 240 cases (120 individuals in each group). After obtaining consent from individuals and recording demographic data, life skills were measured based on the ten dimensions of life skills according to World Health Organization, and family health based on Family-of-Origin Scale. Chi-square, Student t, and ANCOVA tests were used to compare the data.Findings: Subjects with a history of substance abuse were significantly less educated (P < 0.001), unemployed (P < 0.001), with poorly educated spouses (P < 0.001), and homemakers (P < 0.001). On the other hand, family health, and life skills and subscales (self-awareness skills, communication skills, decision-making skills, and problem solving skills) were significantly lower in the addicts compared to healthy people (P < 0.001).Conclusion: Family function determines and affects its member's physical, social, mental, and moral health, and an unhealthy family has long-term and widespread outcomes on its members. Considering the low score of life skills in people with a history of substance abuse, and the role of these skills in increasing individual and social abilities, it is necessary to codify interventions to educate these patients.}, keywords = {Social skills,Family health,Substance Abuse}, title_fa = {بررسی وضعیت مهارت‌های زندگی (مهارت‌های ارتباطی، مهارت حل مسأله، خودآگاهی و مهارت تصمیم‌گیری) و سلامت خانواده در افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد و مقایسه با افراد سالم در شهر اصفهان در سال 1396}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: سوء مصرف مواد مخدر، از مشکلات شایع اجتماعی در افراد جامعه می‌باشد. از این رو، توجه به وضعیت بیماران مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد در کنار درمان‌های دارویی استاندارد، امری ضروری است تا بدین وسیله، اقدامات پیش‌گیرانه صورت گیرد. بنابراین، هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی وضعیت مهارت‌های زندگی و سلامت خانواده در افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد و مقایسه‌ی آن با افراد سالم بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه بر روی 240 نفر (120 نفر در هر گروه) انجام گرفت. پس از اخذ رضایت از افراد و ثبت اطلاعات دموگرافیک، مهارت‌های زندگی توسط ابعاد ده‌گانه‌ی مهارت‌های زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی و سلامت خانواده بر اساس مقیاس سلامت خانواده‌ی اصلی ثبت شد. آزمون‌های 2χ، t و ANCOVA جهت بررسی داده‌ها استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: افراد دارای سابقه‌ی سوء مصرف مواد، به صورت معنی‌داری بیشتر دارای تحصیلات پایین (001/0 > P)، بی‌کار (001/0 > P)، دارای همسران با تحصیلات پایین (001/0 > P) و خانه‌دار (001/0 > P) بودند و از طرفی، مشخص شد سلامت خانواده، مهارت‌های زندگی و زیر مقیاس‌های آن (مهارت خودآگاهی، مهارت مربوط به ارتباطات انسانی، مهارت تصمیم‌گیری و مهارت حل مسأله) در گروه مورد به صورت معنی‌داری کمتر از گروه شاهد بود (001/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: عملکرد خانواده، سلامت جسمانی، اجتماعی، روانی و اخلاقی اعضای خود را تعیین می‌کند و تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. ناسالم بودن خانواده با پیامدهای گسترده و درازمدت بر اعضای خود همراه است. با توجه به نمره‌ی پایین مهارت‌های زندگی در افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد و نقش این مهارت‌ها در افزایش توانمندی‌های فردی و اجتماعی افراد، لازم است مداخلاتی در راستای آموزش این بیماران تدوین گردد.}, keywords_fa = {مهارت‌های اجتماعی,سلامت خانواده,سوء مصرف مواد مخدر}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15597.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15597_fdd63cc57477a19b55b831dea0048be0.pdf} }
