Therefore, finding a marker that can help faster diagnose of the disease can have beneficial effects for patients. This study compared troponin, high-sensitivity troponin, and copeptin markers at different times in patients with high-risk chest pain.Methods: This study was performed on 90 emergency care patients with high-risk chest pain, as the first symptom of myocardial infarction (MI), in educational hospitals in Isfahan City, Iran. Demographic and clinical data including the levels of troponin, high-Sensitivity troponin, and copeptin markers were collected and evaluated at the time of arrival, and 2 and 6 hours later.Findings: The mean age of patients with high-risk chest pain was 60.73 ± 1.23 years, of which 57 (63.3%) were men. There were significant differences between the frequency of three markers at arrival (P = 0.0004) and 2 hours (P = 0.0009) later. Nevertheless, after 6 hours, the results did not show any significant difference (P > 0.0010).Conclusion: Repeated measurement of copeptin leads to a more successful AMI prevention compared to troponin and high-sensitivity troponin markers.}, keywords = {Troponin,Copeptins,Myocardial Infarction}, title_fa = {مقایسه‌ی نشانگرهای تروپونین، تروپونین با حساسیت بالا و کوپپتین در زمان‌های مختلف در بیماران با درد قفسه‌ی سینه با خطر بالا}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: با توجه به افزایش روزافزون بروز سکته‌ی قلبی حاد (Acute myocardial infarction یا AMI) در جامعه و نیز افزایش تعداد بیمارانی که با درد قفسه‌ی سینه (Chest pain یا CP) به اورژانس‌ها مراجعه می‌کنند، یافتن نشانگری که بتواند در تشخیص سریع‌تر این بیماری کمک کننده باشد، می‌تواند اثرات سودمندی برای بیماران داشته باشد. این مطالعه، با هدف مقایسه‌ی نشانگرهای تروپونین، تروپونین با حساسیت بالا و کوپپتین با یکدیگر در بیماران مراجعه کننده با درد قفسه‌ی سینه با خطر بالا انجام شد.روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی اصفهان و بر روی 90 بیمار تحت مراقبت‌های ویژه در واحد اورژانس انجام شد که دچار درد قفسه‌ی سینه به عنوان اولین نشانه از سکته‌ی قلبی بودند. مشخصات جمعیت‌شناسی و داده‌های بالینی شامل نشانگرهای تروپونین، تروپونین با حساسیت بالا وکوپپتین در زمان‌های بدو ورود و 2 و 6 ساعت بعد، جمع‌آوری و واکاوی گردید.یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی بیماران با درد قفسه‌ی سینه و خطر بالا، 23/1 ± 73/60 سال بود که از بین آن‌ها، 57 نفر (3/63 درصد) مرد بودند. در بدو ورود (0004/0 = P) و 2 ساعت بعد (0009/0 = P) تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری بین فراوانی سه نشانگر وجود داشت؛ اما در 6 ساعت بعد، نتایج تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری را نشان نداد (0010 < P).نتیجه‌گیری: تکرار اندازه‌گیری کوپپتین، منجر به پیش‌گیری موفق AMI بیشتری در مقابل نشانگرهای تروپونین و تروپونین با حساسیت بالا شد}, keywords_fa = {تروپونین,کوپپتین,سکته‌ی قلبی}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15863.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15863_ec8c3bc6472d7d295b46c7f6c5a2f2f1.pdf} }
