The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between serum level of HS-CRP and calcium score with coronary artery disease.Methods: In a cross-sectional study, 200 patients who were candidates for computed tomography (CT) angiography were studied. The level of HS-CRP and coronary artery calcium scores were measured and their correlation with the intensity of coronary artery disease were evaluated.Findings: There was a direct and significant correlation between calcium score and HS-CRP level (r = 0.25, P < 0.001). Multivariate analyzes showed that the odds ratio of coronary artery disease was 3.5 fold more for male sex, 3.7 fold for smokers, 7.6 fold for positive family history, 5.8 fold for high blood pressure, 1.4 fold for calcium scores, 11.8 f fold or high HS-CRP, 1.8 fold for hyperlipidemia.Conclusion: Our results show that HS-CRP level in patients with coronary artery disease is higher than those without coronary artery disease, and there is a direct and significant correlation between this index and calcium scores. HS-CRP seems to be a good indicator for predicting the risk of coronary disease. At the same time, further studies in this field are suggested.}, keywords = {C-Reactive Protein,Vascular calcification,Coronary Disease,Computed Tomography Angiography}, title_fa = {بررسی سطح سرمی پروتئین واکنشی C با حساسیت بالا و کلسیفیکاسیون عروق کرونر و ارتباط آن‌ با بیماری عروق کرونر در سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: برخی مطالعات نشان داده است که نمره‌ی کلسیم و پروتئین واکنشی C با حساسیت بالا (High-sensitivity C-reactive protein یا HS-CRP) با بیماری‌های عروق کرونر ارتباط دارد، اما تاکنون نظریه‌ی قطعی در این زمینه ارایه نشده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین سطح سرمی HS-CRP و نمره‌ی‌ کلسیم با بیماری‌های عروق کرونر انجام شد.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی، 200 بیمار کاندید سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. سطح HS-CRP و نمره‌ی‌ کلسیم عروق کرونر در نمونه‌ها اندازه‌گیری و ارتباط آن‌ با میزان درگیری عروق کرونر بررسی و مقایسه گردید.یافته‌ها: همبستگی مستقیم و معنی‌داری به میزان 25 درصد بین نمره‌ی‌ کلسیم و سطح HS-CRP مشاهده شد (001/0 > P). نتایج تحلیل چند متغیره نشان داد که شانس گرفتگی عروق کرونر در مردان 51/3 برابر زنان، در مصرف‌کنندگان سیگار 7/3 برابر غیر سیگاری‌ها، در افراد دارای سابقه‌ی فامیلی مثبت 6/7 برابر سایرین، در مبتلایان به پرفشاری خون 8/5 برابر افراد سالم، در نمره‌ی کلسیم بالا 1/4 برابر بقیه‌ی اشخاص، در HS-CRP محدوده‌ی شدید 8/11 برابر افراد دارای محدوده‌ی طبیعی و در مبتلایان به چربی خون بالا 1/8 برابر بقیه افراد بود.نتیجه‌گیری: سطح HS-CRP در بیماران دچار بیماری عروق کرونر نسبت به افراد بدون درگیری کرونری بالاتر می‌باشد و رابطه‌ی مستقیم و معنی‌داری بین این شاخص و نمره‌ی‌ کلسیم وجود دارد. به نظر می‌رسد HS-CRP شاخص مناسبی برای تعیین خطر بیماری‌های عروق کرونری باشد. در عین حال، انجام مطالعات بیشتر در این زمینه پیشنهاد می‌گردد.}, keywords_fa = {پروتئین واکنشی C,کلسیفیکاسیون عروق,بیماری کرونر,سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15878.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15878_da7724919a3a33f2acac770d7dd82dc3.pdf} }
