The first group consisted of 185 patients (90 women and 95 men; mean age: 55.65 ± 14.77 years) who underwent CCTA with the conventional filter back projection (FBP) reconstruction. The second group consisted of 172 patients (80 women and 92 men; mean age: 58.59 ± 11.22 years) who were tested using ASiR reconstruction. Organ doses, effective dose, and carcinogenic risk were compared between the groups. Moreover, image quality criteria including noise, contrast-to-noise ratio, signal-to-noise ratio, CT numbers of the left coronary artery, and left ventricle were compared between the groups.Findings: There were at least 40% reduction in the effective dose (11.94 ± 5.64 vs. 20.38 ± 6.84 mSv; P < 0.001) and risk of carcinogenesis (8.97 ± 4.71 vs. 16.09 ± 8.42 in 10,000 people; P < 0.001) between the FBP and AsiR methods. No significant differences were observed between image quality parameters in the two reconstruction methods (P > 0.050).Conclusion: The application of ASiR method compared to conventional FBP method can reduce the dose of organs, the effective dose, and the carcinogenic risk of CCTA without compromising the image quality.}, keywords = {Coronary Vessels,Computed Tomography Angiography,Image quality enhancement,Carcinogenesis}, title_fa = {تأثیرات روش بازسازی تکرار شونده‌ی آماری تطبیقی بر کیفیت تصویر و میزان کاهش دز در آزمون سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی کرونری}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر استفاده از روش بازسازی تکرارشونده‌ی آماری تطبیقی (Adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction یا ASiR) بر کیفیت تصویر و میزان کاهش دز اعضا، دز مؤثر و خطر سرطان‌زایی ناشی از آزمون سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی کرونری در دستگاه سی‌تی اسکن 64 اسلایس بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- تحلیلی- مقطعی بر روی دو گروه بیمار انجام شد. گروه اول شامل تعداد 185 بیمار (90 زن و 95 مرد با متوسط سن 77/14 ± 65/55 سال) بود که تحت سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی کرونری با روش معمول بازسازی Filtered back projection (FBP) قرار گرفته بودند. گروه دوم، شامل تعداد 172 بیمار (80 زن و 92 مرد با متوسط سن 22/11 ± 29/58 سال) بود که تحت آزمون با روش بازسازی ASiR قرار گرفتند. دز اعضا، دز مؤثر و خطر سرطان‌زایی برای هر دو گروه بیماران با یکدیگر مقایسه شد. همچنین، معیارهای کیفیت تصویر شامل نویز، نسبت کنتراست به نویز، نسبت سیگنال به نویز، میزان اعداد سی‌تی شریان کرونری چپ و بطن چپ در هر دو گروه مقایسه شد.یافته‌ها: دز مؤثر در بیماران با روش ASiR (64/5 ± 94/11 میلی‌سیورت) در مقایسه با بیماران با روش FBP (84/6 ± 38/20 میلی‌سیورت) اختلاف معنی‌داری داشت (001/0 > P). خطر کلی سرطان‌زایی در بیماران با روش ASiR (71/4 ± 97/8 در 10000 نفر) در مقایسه با بیماران با روش FBP (42/8 ± 09/16 در 10000 نفر) حداقل 40 درصد کاهش یافته بود (001/0 > P). هیچ تفاوت معنی‌داری بین متغیرهای کیفیت تصویر در دو روش بازسازی مشاهده نشد (050/0 < P).نتیجه‌گیری: به کارگیری روش ASiR نسبت به روش معمول FBP، می‌تواند دز اعضا، دز مؤثر و خطر سرطان‌زایی حاصل از آزمون سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی کرونری را بدون افت در کیفیت تصویر، کاهش دهد.}, keywords_fa = {عروق کرونری,سی‌تی آنژیوگرافی,بهبود کیفیت تصویر,سرطان‌زایی}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15987.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_15987_afae349ca69e2fcad3dc2fa75e42bb3d.pdf} }
