The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of home visit program on self-management behaviors and glycemic control indices in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with insulin.Methods: This clinical trial study was performed on 64 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (32 patients in each case and control groups) in Shahid Asghar Shabani Center, Isfahan, Iran, in 2018. For the two groups of case and control, the demographic and self-management questionnaires were completed immediately, and three months after the intervention. The intervention was performed as a 4-6 session of the home visit program for the intervention group. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi-square, independent t, and paired t tests via SPSS software.Findings: Before the intervention, the mean score of self-management behaviors and blood glucose control indices did not differ significantly between the two groups. However, the mean score of self-management behaviors became significant immediately and three months later, and the mean blood glucose control indices became significant three months after the implementation of the program in the intervention group. (P < 0.001).Conclusion: The home visit improve the patients' self-management behaviors scales, and fasting blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) tests.}, keywords = {Home visits,Self-management,Diabetes Mellitus,Insulin,Blood glucose}, title_fa = {تأثیر برنامه‌ی بازدید منزل بر رفتارهای خود مدیریتی و شاخص‌های کنترل قند خون مبتلایان به دیابت نوع 2 تحت درمان با انسولین}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: ارتقای رفتارهای خود مدیریتی، یکی از اقدامات حمایتی مهم در مبتلایان به دیابت است. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تعیین تأثیر برنامه‌ی بازدید منزل بر رفتارهای خود مدیریتی و شاخص‌های کنترل قند خون مبتلایان به دیابت نوع 2 تحت درمان با انسولین انجام شد.روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی کارآزمایی بالینی بر روی 64 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 (شامل 32 نفر در هر یک از گروه‌‌های مورد و شاهد) مرکز شهید اصغر شعبانی اصفهان در سال 1397 انجام گرفت. برای دو گروه مورد و شاهد، پرسش‌نامه‌های مشخصات دموگرافیک و خود مدیریتی قبل، بلافاصله و سه ماه بعد از مداخله تکمیل شد. سپس، 6-4 جلسه بازدید منزل برای گروه مورد انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های توصیفی، 2χ، Independent t و Paired t تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: قبل از اجرای مداخله، میانگین نمره‌ی رفتارهای خود مدیریتی و شاخص‌های کنترل قند خون، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه نداشت، اما میانگین نمره‌ی رفتارهای خود مدیریتی بلافاصله و سه ماه بعد و میانگین شاخص‌های کنترل قند خون سه ماه بعد از اجرای برنامه در گروه مورد، بهبود یافت که نسبت به گروه شاهد، تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت (001/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: ویزیت در منزل بیماران مبتلا به دیابت، باعث بهبود نمره‌ی خود مدیریتی، سطح قند خون ناشتا و میانگین Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) گردید.}, keywords_fa = {بازدید منزل,خود مدیریتی,دیابت نوع 2,انسولین,قند خون}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_16071.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_16071_5c19c522ab1b6f97037c06e8b81246bc.pdf} }
