The experimental group participated in an increasing aerobic exercise (running) for eight weeks, three sessions per week [55% to 75% of maximum heart rate and rating perceived exertion (RPE) of 12 to 13]. Blood samples were taken before and after the protocol. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and enzymatic method were used to measure the variables.Findings: Troponin I decreased significantly 6 hours after the last training session in the experimental group compared to 6 hours after the last training session in the control group (P = 0.001). There was no significant difference in troponin I, 6 hours after the first training session in the experimental group compared to 6 hours after the first training session in the control group (P = 0.983). Creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) values significantly increased in both groups; this increase was higher in the experimental group than the control group (P = 0.001).Conclusion: The results showed that the training instructions significantly decreased troponin I despite the increase in CPK-MB, which may be due to the nature of training and muscle damage during training. This can confirm the protective nature of this exercise protocol for heart tissue against the injury in women with type 2 diabetes mellitus.}, keywords = {Exercise,Troponin I,Creatine Kinase, MB Form,Diabetes mellitus, type 2}, title_fa = {تأثیر 8 هفته ورزش هوازی بر شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی ویژه‌ی سلول‌های قلبی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2: کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی بر شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی ویژه‌ی سلول‌های قلبی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت کارآزمایی بالینی روی 30 زن مبتلا به دیابت انجام گرفت. آزمودنی‌ها به طور تصادفی به گروه مورد و شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه مورد 8 هفته، 3 جلسه در هفته [75-55 درصد بیشینه‌ی ضربان قلب و Rating perceived exertion (RPE) 13-12] در تمرینات هوازی فزاینده (دویدن) شرکت کردند. قبل و بعد از اجرای شیوه‌نامه، خون‌گیری انجام شد. روش اندازه‌گیری متغیرها، Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) و آنزیماتیک بود.یافته‌ها: تروپونین I، 6 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه‌ی تمرین در گروه مورد نسبت به 6 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه‌ی تمرین در گروه شاهد کاهش معنی‌داری داشت (001/0 = P). تروپونین I، 6 ساعت بعد از اولین جلسه‌ی تمرین در گروه مورد نسبت به 6 ساعت بعد از اولین جلسه‌ی تمرین در گروه شاهد تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (983/0 = P). مقادیر Creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) در دو گروه به طور معنی‌داری سیر افزایشی داشت. این سیر افزایشی، در گروه مورد بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود (001/0 = P).نتیجه‌گیری: دستورالعمل تمرینی با وجود افزایش CK-MB که ممکن است ناشی از ماهیت تمرین و آسیب عضله در حین تمرین باشد، تروپونین I به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت. این امر، خود می‌تواند مؤید خاصیت حفاظتی این شیوه‌نامه‌ی تمرینی از بافت قلب در برابر آسیب در مبتلایان به دیابت باشد.}, keywords_fa = {ورزش هوازی,تروپونین I,کراتین کیناز MB,دیابت نوع 2}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_16159.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_16159_31f21b4f57957c9dcd511e10f47f6a40.pdf} }
