According to the different results of this test in previous studies, this study aimed to determine fetal health using NST, and its relationship with neonatal hospitalization at birth.Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was performed on 350 low-risk pregnant women at weeks 38-42, referred to Allameh Bohloul Gonabadi and Bent Al-Hoda hospitals in Boujnourd City, Iran, in year 2019. The understudy mothers were evaluated with NST, and 175 reactive and 175 non-reactive tests were selected by the available sampling method. Accordingly, neonatal hospitalization status of 350 mothers was recorded. Study data were collected by checklist, and the presence of researchers during labor stages.Findings: The rate of fetal hospitalization at birth was 42.1% and 52.9% for mothers with reactive and non-reactive NST results, respectively, which had no significant relationship (P = 0.495). Furthermore, there was no significant relationship between different parameters in the NST items (number of acceleration, number of deceleration, type of deceleration, baseline, and variability of the baseline) with infant hospitalization at birth.Conclusion: Predicting neonatal hospitalization status at birth only based on the NST results is not reliable, and medical interventions during the mother’s hospital stay require further assessments.}, keywords = {Acceleration,Fetal heart rate,Deceleration,Child, hospitalized}, title_fa = {بررسی سلامت جنین با استفاده از تست بدون استرس و ارتباط آن با بستری شدن نوزاد در بدو تولد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: تست بدون استرس (Nonstress test یا NST)، رایج‌ترین روش ارزیابی سلامت جنین است. با توجه به نتایج مختلف این تست در تحقیقات گذشته، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین سلامت جنین با استفاده از NST و ارتباط آن با بستری شدن نوزاد در بدو تولد انجام گردید.روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- تحلیلی در سال 1398، بر روی 350 زن باردار کم‌خطر ۴۲-۳۸ هفته که به بیمارستان‌های علامه بهلول گنابادی و بنت‌الهدی بجنورد مراجعه کرده بودند، اجرا شد. مادران مورد نظر تحت ارزیابی با NST قرار گرفتند که 175 تست واکنشی و 175 تست غیر واکنشی به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. سپس وضعیت بستری نوزادان ۳۵۰ مادر ثبت گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست و با حضور پژوهشگران طی مراحل زایمان جمع‌آوری گردید.یافته‌ها: میزان بستری شدن نوزادان در بدو تولد در مادران با نتیجه‌ی NST واکنشی و غیر واکنشی به ترتیب 1/42 و 0/50 درصد بود که ارتباط معنی‌داری بین آن‌ها یافت نشد (۴۹۵/۰ = P). همچنین، ارتباط معنی‌داری بین شاخص‌های مختلف در نوار NST (تعداد تسریع، تعداد افت، نوع افت، خط پایه و تغییرپذیری خط پایه) با بستری شدن نوزاد در بدو تولد وجود نداشت.نتیجه‌گیری: وضعیت بستری شدن نوزاد در بدو تولد تنها بر اساس نتایج NST اطمینان‌بخش نمی‌باشد و مداخلات پزشکی در مدت بستری مادر، به ارزیابی‌های بیشتری نیاز دارد}, keywords_fa = {تسریع,ضربان قلب جنین,افت,بستری کودک}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_16247.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_16247_f2f5431de927203863099dc8e4d515cd.pdf} }
