Methods: On total, 44 people with MS with a disease severity ranging from two to five between the ages 25 to 40 years were purposefully selected and randomly divided into three groups of home-based pilates training (n = 15), outdoor pilates training (n = 15), and control (n = 14). The training program consisted of three sessions per week for a period of eight weeks, consisting of two parts, home-based pilates training and outdoor pilates training. For the exercise in an open outdoor setting, the subjects performed an exercise program between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The training program was performed using the DVD that was provided to them. Resilience, sleep quality and serum vitamin D indices of patients with MS were measured before and after eight weeks of Outdoor and Home-Based Pilates Training. To analyze the data, analysis of covariance and Banferroni post hoc test were used. Findings: Comparing the results in two stages showed that there was a significant difference between resilience, sleep quality and serum vitamin D indices of women with multiple sclerosis (MS) in the study groups (P ≤ 0.05). Conclusion: The results indicate that people with MS can improve their vitamin D levels and psychological indicators by using Pilates exercises outdoors and at home at lower costs.}, keywords = {Pilates training,Psychological resiliency,Sleep quality,Multiple Sclerosis}, title_fa = {تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین پیلاتس در خانه و معرض نور خورشید بر مقادیر ویتامین D، تاب‌آوری و کیفیت خواب زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس}, abstract_fa = {مقاله پژوهشی مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین پیلاتس در خانه و معرض نور خورشید بر تاب‌آوری و کیفیت خواب زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بود. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌تجربی بود. 44 فرد مبتلا به ام‌اس با شدت بیماری دو تا پنج و دامنه‌ی سنی 25 تا 40 سال به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به سه گروه تمرین پیلاتس در خانه (15 نفر)، تمرین پیلاتس در محیط باز (15 نفر) و شاهد (14 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برنامه‌ی تمرینی، سه جلسه در هفته به مدت هشت هفته، شامل دو بخش، تمرین پیلاتس در خانه و تمرین پیلاتس در محیط باز بود. برای اجرای تمرین در محیط باز، آزمودنی‌ها بین ساعت 8 تا 10 صبح، به اجرای برنامه‌ی تمرینی پرداختند. برنامه‌ی تمرینی با استفاده از دی‌وی‌دی که در اختیار آن‌ها قرار داده شد، اجرا گردید. شاخص‌های تاب‌آوری، کیفیت خواب و ویتامین D سرم خون بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس قبل و بعد از هشت هفته تمرین پیلاتس در خانه و محیط باز اندازه‌گیری شد. جهت بررسی داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی Bonferroni استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: مقایسه‌ی نتایج در دو مرحله نشان داد که بین شاخص‌های تاب‌آوری (0/05 ≤ P)، کیفیت‌خواب (0/05 P ≤) و ویتامین D سرم خون (0/05 P ≤) زنان مبتلا به ام‌اس در گروه‌های موجود در مطالعه، تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که افراد مبتلا به ام‌اس، می‌توانند با استفاده از تمرینات پیلاتس در محیط باز و خانه با کم‌ترین هزینه، سطوح ویتامین D و شاخص‌های روانی خود را بهبود بخشند.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین پیلاتس,تاب‌آوری روانی,کیفیت خواب,مولتیپل اسکلروزیس}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_26234.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_26234_7a161a2cc06dad46748d2be5886afcf5.pdf} }
