This study aimed to evaluate the demographic, clinical and para clinical characteristics among patients with CF.Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed in Imam Hossein (AS) Children's Hospital for one year, from February 1, 2017 to February 1, 2018. About 100 patients referred to Imam Hossein (AS) Children's Hospital in Isfahan diagnosed of cystic fibrosis were included in the study, and all demographic, clinical and laboratory information of the patients was recorded.Findings: Among the CF patients in this study 58% were boys and 42% girls. The average age of the patients was 102 months and within the age range of 5-15 years. The average age of children with CF at the time of diagnosis was 15 months. Around 62% of patients in whom expiratory volume was measured by pressure in one second showed mild involvement, 28% moderate involvement and 10% severe involvement. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with 26%, nasal polyp and asthma with relative frequency of 13% and 10%, respectively, were the most common complications among CF patients. Only 18% of CF patients had done genetic testing. Only one patient in the present study used Dornaz alfa. In terms of longevity, only 5% of patients were over 18 years old.Conclusion: Compared to developed countries that have newborn screening, patients with CF in this study were diagnosed late. Also, CF patients benefited less from the primary drugs that control the disease, and had a shorter lifespan.}, keywords = {Epidemiologic studies,Cystic fibrosis,Genetic diseases,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Spirometry}, title_fa = {شاخص‌هاى دموگرافیک، بالینی و آزمایشگاهی بیماران مبتلا به بیماری فیبروز کیستیک مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان کودکان امام حسین(ع) اصفهان}, abstract_fa = {مقاله پژوهشیمقدمه: فیبروز کیستیک (Cystic fibrosis) CF به عنوان یک بیماری کشنده‌ی ژنتیکی سبب بروز علائم و عوارض گوناگون می‌گردد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی مشخصات دموگرافیکی، بالینی و آزمایشگاهی در بیماران مبتلا به CF بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی از بهمن ماه 1398 تا بهمن ماه 1399 صورت گرفت. 100 نفر از مراجعه‌کنندگان به بیمارستان کودکان امام حسین (ع) اصفهان که مبتلا به بیماری CF بودند، وارد مطالعه شدند و کلیه‌ی مشخصات دموگرافیک، بالینی و آزمایشگاهی بیماران گردآوری و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: بیماران مبتلا به CF در این مطالعه، 58 درصد پسر و 42 درصد دختر بودند. میانگین سنی بیماران 102 ماه و در محدوده‌ی سنی 5-15 سال بود. میانگین سن کودکان مبتلا به CF در زمان تشخیص، 15 ماه بود. 62 درصد بیمارانی که در آن‌ها حجم بازدمی با فشار در یک ثانیه اندازه‌گیری شد، درگیری خفیف، 28 درصد درگیری متوسط و 10 درصد درگیری شدید نشان دادند. (Gastroesophageal reflux disease) GERD با 26 درصد، پولیپ بینی و آسم با فراوانی نسبی به ترتیب : 13 و 10 درصد، شایع‌ترین عوارض در بین بیماران مبتلا به CF، مشاهده شدند. تنها ۱۸ درصد از بیماران مبتلا به CF، تست ژنتیک انجام داده بودند. تنها یک بیمار در مطالعه‌ی حاضر، از دورناز آلفا استفاده می‌کرد. از نظر طول عمر، تنها 5 درصد از بیماران، سن بالای 18 سال داشتند.نتیجه‌گیری: در مقایسه با کشورهای پیشرفته که غربالگری نوزادی دارند، بیماران مبتلا به CF در این مطالعه، دیرتر تشخیص داده شده‌اند. همچنین بیماران مبتلا به CF ضمن بهره‌مندی کمتر از داروهای اصلی کنترل‌کننده‌ی‌ بیماری، طول عمر کمتری نیز داشتنند.}, keywords_fa = {مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیک,فیبروز کیستیک,بیماری ژنتیکی,پسودوموناس,اسپیرومتری}, url = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_26264.html}, eprint = {https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_26264_3b5efa17018ddb3b1dd01d9801c2a8c1.pdf} }
