Currently, professional ethics training in most educational centers of the country is based on lectures by professors. This type of training is helpful to some extent in moral judgments by introducing the principles of professional ethics. But it will not lead to the improvement of moral sensitivity, motivation and character by itself. Nowadays, modern methods are being employed to teach professional ethics, which enhance the moral attitude and clinical behavior of learners. Holding focused group discussion meetings, holding ethical grand rounds, problem-oriented teaching, using comics or graphic stories, creating research opportunities, simulation and role playing are examples of these methods.By utilizing these technique ,medical ethics instructors in the universities of our country will take serious steps in improving moral sensitivity, moral judgment and finally institutionalizing professional behavior among medical students. <strong>نامه به سردبیر</strong><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />جیمز رست، نظریه‌پرداز معروف اخلاق، توانایی تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی و رفتار اخلاقی را در گرو داشتن چهار ویژگی می‌داند: حساسیت اخلاقی، قضاوت اخلاقی، انگیزه‌ی اخلاقی و منش اخلاقی. امروزه آموزش اخلاق حرفه‌ای در اکثر مراکز آموزشی کشور بر اساس سخنرانی اساتید انجام می‌شود. این نوع آموزش با توجه به معرفی اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای تا حدودی در قضاوت‌های اخلاقی مفید است. اما به خودی خود منجر به بهبود حساسیت اخلاقی، انگیزه‌ی اخلاقی و منش اخلاقی نخواهد شد. امروزه از روش‌های نوینی برای آموزش اخلاق حرفه‌ای استفاده می‌شود که نگرش اخلاقی و رفتار بالینی فراگیران را تقویت می‌کند. برگزاری جلسات بحث گروهی متمرکز، برگزاری راندهای اخلاقی، آموزش با رویکرد مسأله‌محور، استفاده از داستان‌های مصور یا گرافیکی، ایجاد فرصت‌های پژوهشی، شبیه‌سازی و ایفای نقش، نمونه‌هایی از این روش‌ها هستند. با استفاده از این روش‌ها مربیان اخلاق پزشکی در دانشگاه‌های کشور، می‌توانند گام‌های جدی در ارتقای حساسیت اخلاقی، قضاوت اخلاقی و در نهایت نهادینه‌سازی رفتار حرفه‌ای در بین دانشجویان پزشکی بردارند. https://jims.mui.ac.ir/article_30977_84e126c81be5b857ebddb2619860007c.pdf
