Background: This study was conducted to compare the findings of computed tomography angiography (CTA) and 4-vessel Angio angiography (4V) in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
Methods: This retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted to compare the findings of CTA and cerebral angiography in patients with SAH. Data were extracted from radiology reports of patients who underwent CTA and cerebral angiography.
Findings: We included 60 patients with SAH, comprising 32 women (53.3%) and 28 men (46.7%). The mean age of the participants was 59.3 ± 9.6 years. 22 patients (37%) had abnormal findings, including three patients (13.7%) with AVM and 86.3% with aneurysm. Among 22 patients, the aneurysm was diagnosed in 16 patients (72.7%) by CTA method. The data indicates that the CTA method has an 81.8% accuracy, 72.7% sensitivity, and 100% specificity in identifying vascular abnormalities in patients with spontaneous SAH compared to the 4V angiography method. The area under the curve for diagnosing aneurysm and AVM by CTA method was 0.632 (91-67: 95% CI (P = 0.028). The positive and negative predictive values of the CTA method for aneurysm diagnosis were 10.9 and 83.6, respectively. The mean size of the aneurysm was significantly lower in CTA than in 4V angiography (5.44 vs. 7.11 mm) (P = 0.04).
Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that the CTA method has acceptable accuracy and specificity in diagnosing aneurysm and AVM in spontaneous SAH compared to the 4V angiography method.

Background: Monitoring the disease of COVID-19 and the effectiveness of prevention and control strategies is considered a public health priority. Therefore, the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine has been approved worldwide. The purpose of this review is to describe the current status and quality of COVID-19 vaccines.
Methods: In this study, the history and sampling of people injecting vaccines with different platforms at different ages in one year were done to measure the neutralizing antibody titer by ELISA method. The results were analyzed using the ANOVA method, and the significance level of P < 0.01 was determined.
Findings: 168 people (109 women and 59 men) with an average age of 40.4 ± 16 years (minimum 18 and maximum 90) participated in the study. The time between vaccination and sampling was 6.7 ± 6.5 (minimum 0.5 and maximum 32) months. Most participants were in the age groups of 21-30 years, and people aged 81-90 were the minimum in the study. No significant relationship between age and antibody response was observed. Sinopharm vaccine had the highest number of injections (80 people), and Barkat vaccine had the lowest number (13 people). Despite significant differences in average antibody levels, all vaccines effectively produced neutralizing antibodies, and high antibody titers could be measured for a long time.
Conclusion: Data on vaccine antibody persistence, including potential booster doses or changes in vaccine formulations, are emphasized. Understanding how these vaccines work in producing protective antibodies is influential in evaluating their effectiveness.

Background: Infertility is one of the health problems that currently affects about 20% of couples in Iran. The purpose of this study was to identify the obstacles and consequences of Iranian infertile couples during assisted reproductive treatment.
Methods: For the investigation of this issue, a qualitative approach and a qualitative content analysis method were used. According to the theoretical foundations and background of the research, the purposeful sampling method was used to interview people. This study involved conducting semi-structured, in-depth interviews with 32 infertile individuals, 22 of whom were women and 10 were men. The interviews continued until reaching the principle of theoretical saturation and not extracting and emerging a new concept from the data.
Findings: Obstacles and strategies in the present study are categorized into nine selective codes, 30 central codes, and 114 open codes in the general concept of an "uneven path to understanding the sense of motherhood and fatherhood". The consequences were defined by individual-internal, physical, family, and marital codes. Obstacles are also categorized by economic, socio-cultural, marital, religious codes, and unpredictable events.
Conclusion: The results showed that infertile couples struggle with many problems during fertility treatment, and various consequences occur during the treatment. Therefore, these people need attention from society, family, and health systems, and there is a need to have a multi-faceted view of people during the treatment so that this path is less challenging.
