Background: Rhinoplasty is one of the most common surgeries performed worldwide. This study aimed to explore the experiences of individuals undergoing rhinoplasty.
Methods: This study follows a qualitative descriptive phenomenology design. Participants included individuals who underwent rhinoplasty surgery, selected based on purposive sampling. Data collection continued until data saturation was achieved, resulting in 24 participants. Data analysis was conducted using Colaizzi's seven-step method. Lincoln and Guba's criteria were applied to ensure data validity.
Findings: The qualitative analysis identified five main themes, each containing several conceptual categories describing the experiences of patients undergoing rhinoplasty. The main themes included feelings of self-loathing, competition, beauty obsession, psychological disorders, and doubts and regret.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, psychological counseling should be considered in developing guidelines and protocols for cosmetic surgeries by the Ministry of Health or the Association of Cosmetic Surgeons, along with the involvement of a psychologist for approval.

Background: This research aims to design an appropriate structural model to predict the couple's marital satisfaction based on the level of differentiation with the mediation of family functioning.
Methods: This was applied research of quantitative approach and correlation method was used. The statistical population includes all couples referring to 23 counseling centers and guidance associations of parents and teachers in Tehran city in 2015-2016, which were 200 men and 200 women. The cluster sampling method was used in this research. The data collection tools were the McMaster Family Assessment Device (FAD), Enrich (Evaluation & Nurturing Relationship Issues Communication and Happiness), Marital Satisfaction Scale, and Differentiation of Self Inventory (DSI).
Findings: The research results showed that family functioning plays a mediating role in the relationship between marital satisfaction and differentiation level. Family functioning could mediate the relationship between marital satisfaction and the two components of emotional fusion and emotional fault. However, family functioning could not mediate the components of "I-position" and emotional reactivity.
Conclusion: The results of this study led to the development of an appropriate structural model to explain the relationship between levels of differentiation and marital satisfaction with the mediation role of family functioning.

Background: During adolescence, sexual issues reach their peak. This period is associated with sexual development and includes physical changes such as puberty, attitudes, and beliefs about sexual identity, sexuality, and sexual behavior in adolescents. The present systematic review analyzes and summarizes existing studies on sexual issues related to adolescence in Iranian girls.
Methods: The present study is a descriptive and systematic review. Internal databases such as SID, Magiran, Noormags, and Civilica have been were used to check available sources. Keywords such as "adolescence, "girls, "education, "sexual issues, "education, "maturity, and "injury" were searched in these databases in the time range of 2011-2022, and 120 articles were retrieved, after which 18 articles were finally included.
Findings: The results indicate that sexual issues such as abnormal relationships with the opposite or the same sex, lack of knowledge about puberty and sexual health, lack of proper communication with parents and teachers, inappropriate use of virtual space and media, and lack of necessary training among teenage girls are expanding and diversifying day by day. In addition to the increase in discussions related to increasing sexual problems of girls in adolescence, unfortunately, we witness the lack of sexual knowledge among parents and teachers as well as comprehensive sex education programs for girls at this stage, and also the lack of correct sexual awareness among them, which are the principal causes of these problems.
Conclusion: Examining and focusing on the sexual issues of this critical period of girls' lives can help them achieve a healthy sexual life away from any pollution.
