بررسی امتیاز ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان و مقایسه‌ی آن با زنان سالم

چکیده

مقدمه: سرطان پستان، شایع‌ترین سرطان در زنان می‌باشد. ﺗﻔﺎوتﻫﺎی ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ و روانﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ، سبب ایجاد واﮐﻨشﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ اﺳﺘﺮس می‌گردد و استرس به عنوان عامل زیر‌بنایی جهت اﺑﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ ﺑﯿﻤﺎریﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮص ﺳﺮﻃﺎن نقش دارد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی امتیاز ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان و مقایسه‌ی آن با زنان سالم بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ به روش مقطعی از شهریور سال 1398 تا تیر سال 1399 در دو گروه در شهر اصفهان انجام گردید. گروه اول شامل 65 زن مبتلا به سرطان پستان و گروه دوم شامل 100 زن ‌سالم بود که پس از تکمیل پرسش‌نامه‌ی پنج عاملی شخصیت Neuroticism-Extraversion-Openness Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI)، نمرات ویژگی‌های شخصیتی برای هر فرد محاسبه گردید. سپس از نمره‌ی هر ویژگی شخصیتی در دو گروه میانگین گرفته شد و مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی در نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.یافته‌ها: اختلاف معنی‌داری بین گروه‌های مورد بررسی در متغیرهای مصرف سیگار، وضعیت قاعدگی و سن شروع قاعدگی وجود نداشت (050/0 < P)؛ در حالی ‌که بین توزیع فراوانی سابقه‌ی خانوادگی در گروه‌های سالم و مبتلا به سرطان تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (050/0 > P). میانگین امتیاز ویژگی‌های برون‌گرایی، انعطاف‌پذیری و مسؤولیت‌پذیری در گروه مبتلا به سرطان به طور معنی‌داری کمتر از گروه سالم (050/0 > P) و میانگین امتیاز ویژگی‌های روان‌رنجوری و توافق‌جویی در گروه مبتلا به سرطان به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از گروه سالم بود (050/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: ویژگی‌های شخصیتی برون‌گرایی، انعطاف‌پذیری و مسؤولیت‌پذیری در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان کمتر از افراد سالم و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی روان‌رنجوری و توافق‌جویی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان بیشتر از افراد سالم می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. Personality and psychological differences cause different reactions to stress, and role as an underlying factor for various disease especially cancer. The aim of this study was to evaluate the personality traits score in women with breast cancer and compare it with healthy women.Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on two groups in Isfahan, Iran, from September 2019 to July 2020. The first group included 65 women with breast cancer and the second group included 100 healthy women. After completing Neuroticism-Extraversion-Openness Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) personality traits questionnaire, personality trait scores were calculated for each person, and were averaged in tow groups; then were compared with each other. SPSS statistical software and descriptive statistical methods were used for statistical analysis of information.Findings: There was no significant difference between the variables of smoking, menstrual status, and onset age of menstruation between the study groups (P > 0.050), while the frequency distribution of family history in the study groups was significantly different (P < 0.050). The mean score of extraversion, openness, and conscientiousness traits in the cancer group were significantly lower (P < 0.050) and neuroticism and agreeableness traits in the cancer group were significantly higher than the healthy group (P < 0.050).Conclusion: Personality traits of extraversion, openness, and conscientiousness in patients with breast cancer are less than healthy people, and personality traits of neuroticism and agreeableness are more in patients with breast cancer than healthy people.
