خواص بیوفارماکولوژیک رسوراترول

چکیده

مقدمه: رسوراترول یک فیتوآلکسین پلی‌فنولی گیاهی است که در برخی گیاهان از جمله بادام زمینی، انگور و تمشک به وفور یافت می‌شود. رسوراترول یکی از ملکول‌های زیستی مهم با خواص بیوفارماکولوژیک متعدد و متنوع است. تاکنون تحقیقات آزمایشگاهی و حیوانی متعددی در مورد آن انجام و کاربردهای مفیدی برای آن بیان شده است. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی و معرفی خواص متنوع این ترکیب زیستی مهم می‌باشد.روش‌ها: با کلید واژه‌ی Resveratrol در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر مانند Pubmed، Scopus و ISI جستجو انجام شد و پس از بررسی اولیه‌ی عناوین توسط تیم تحقیق و تعیین مقالات مشترک، خلاصه‌ی مقالات منتخب، تفکیک و در نهایت، حدود 100 مقاله مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات متعدد به طور مکرر بازبینی و خلاصه شدند و پس از دسته‌بندی در متن مقاله‌ی حاضر ارایه گردیدند.یافته‌ها: رسوراترول اثرات آنتی‌اکسیدانی دارد و در درمان و کاهش ابتلا به بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی، چاقی و دیابت تأثیر دارد. همجنین از رشد انواع سرطان‌ها مثل سرطان معده، ریه، پستان، پروستات، کبد و کولورکتال جلوگیری می‌کند و دارای خواص ضد التهابی، ضد پیری و ضد آلزایمری است و به عنوان تنظیم کننده‌ی چرخه و مرگ سلولی برنامه‌ریزی شده (آپوپتوز) عمل می‌کند. رسوراترول دارای خواص شبه استروژنی قوی است.نتیجه‌گیری: رسوراترول یک ملکول زیستی با خواص پزشکی متنوع است که به طور روزمره تحقیقات بیشتری در مورد آن انجام می‌شود و جایگاه مهم‌تری به خود اختصاص می‌دهد.

چکیده [English]

Background: Resveratrol is a polyphenolic phytoalxine agent which is found in grapes, berries and peanuts. It is one of the important biomolecules with different biopharmacologic properties in modern medicine. To date, many experimental and animal researches were done on its properties and functions; the aim of present study was to introduce different properties of this important biomolecule.Methods: Acceptable database, Scopus, Pubmed and ISI, were searched with keyword of resveratrol. After the primary survey of the title by research team, and determination of common articles, abstracts of selected article were chosen and finally near to one hundred articles were included in the study. Important data were summarized and rewrite by research team, and were categorized and presented here.Findings: Resveratrol had antioxidant activities and was used in treatment of cardiovascular diseases, obesity and diabetes. In addition, it prevented gastric, lung, breast, and prostate, liver and colorectal cancer developments. Resveratrol showed anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and anti-Alzheimer's disease effects, and worked as regulator of cell cycle and programmed cell death (apoptosis). Resveratrol had strong estrogenic-like effects.Conclusion: Resveratrol is an important biomolecule with different medical properties which many studies were done on its new application and it get pivotal position in this area.
