اثر فرآورده‌ی موضعی حاوی لیدوکائین و تتراکائین بر عوارض عمل موبرداری به کمک لیزر

چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از موادی که به تازگی جهت انجام موبرداری به کمک لیزر (Laser-assisted hair removal) ارایه شده، لیدوکائین 7 درصد و تتراکائین 7 درصد است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه مقایسه‍‌‎ی اثر دارو با دارونما بر روی عوارض موبرداری به کمک لیزر بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی بالینی بود که بر روی 110 بیمار زن، که در سال 1387 جهت درمان موهای زاید بدن با استفاده از لیزر به کلینیک لیزر اسپادانای اصفهان مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. جهت ایجاد بی‌حسی در یک سمت صورت از لیدوکائین 7 و تتراکائین 7 و در سمت دیگر از دارونما استفاده شد و پس از 30 دقیقه محل مورد نظر تمیز شده، از نظر عوارض احتمالی (ادم، قرمزی و رنگ پریدگی) بررسی گردید و لیزر درمانی آغاز شد. پس از اتمام درمان، میزان درد توسط بیمار بر اساس VAS (Visual Analog Scale) تخمین زده شد. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های Paired t-test و 2χ آنالیز شد.یافته‌ها: میانگین سن بیماران 10/8 ± 74/27 سال بود. میانگین سطح بی‌حسی بر اساس VAS در 30 دقیقه بعد از استفاده از لیدوکائین 7 درصد و تتراکائین 7 درصد و دارونما به ‌ترتیب برابر با 4/1 ± 6/3 و 5/1 ± 4/8 بود (001/0 = P). به عبارت دیگر، بیماران در هنگام استفاده از لیدوکائین 7 درصد و تتراکائین 7 درصد درد کمتری احساس کردند. توزیع فراوانی عوارض ایجاد شده در بیماران دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثر بهتر ل لیدوکائین 7 درصد و تتراکائین 7 درصد نسبت به دارونما و همچنین عوارض ناچیز آن، که با دارونما برابری می‌کند، می‌توان این ترکیب را قبل از انجام عمل موبرداری به کمک لیزر استفاده نمود.

The Effect of Lidocaine Tetracaine Peel-off on Laser-Assisted Hair Removal Side Effects

Background: Lidocaine7%-Tetracaine 7% is one of the materials recently offered for performing laser-assisted hair removal. The aim of this study was to compare the effects of this material with placebo on side effects of laser-assisted hair removal.Methods: This clinical trial was carried out on 110 women referred to Isfahan Spadana laser clinic for laser-assisted hair removal. Lidocaine7%-Tetracaine7% was applied on one-half of the face, whereas placebo was applied on the other side to create local anesthesia and after 30 minutes the place was cleaned and was investigated for complications (edema, erythema, and pallor); then laser therapy was begin. In the end of the therapy, the patient’s pain was estimated based on VAS (Visual Analog Scale). The data was analyzed using SPSS software by chi square and paired t tests.Finding: The mean age of patients was 27.74 ± 10.8 years. Average level of anesthesia 30 minutes after using Lidocaine7%-Tetracaine7% and placebo based on VAS were respectively 3.6 ± 1.4 and 8.4 ± 1.5 (P = 0.001). In other words, patients have felt less pain by using Lidocaine7%-Tetracaine7%. Frequency of complications in patients was not significantly different between two groups.Conclusion: Considering the better effect of Lidocaine7%-Tetracaine7% compared to placebo and its minimal side effects, we can use it before perform laser-assisted hair removal.
