پاراپروبیوتیک‌ها: راه حلی برای خروج از مشکلات تولید و مصرف پروبیوتیک‌ها

چکیده

پروبیوتیک‌ها یکی از روش‌های نوین، مؤثر و پذیرفته شده به منظور تخفیف حدت و کمک به درمان برخی از بیماری‌ها در عصر حاضر می‌باشند. با این وجود، محدودیت‌هایی پیش روی تولید، عرضه و مصرف باکتری‌های زنده قرار دارد. از جمله روش‌های جدید که تا حد بسیار زیادی می‌تواند این محدودیت‌ها را برطرف کند، استفاده از پاراپروبیوتیک‌ها است. پاراپروبیوتیک‌ها، فرم‌های غیر زنده‌ی باکتری‌های پروبیوتیک هستند که به صورت دست نخورده یا سلول شکسته شده و یا عصاره‌ی سلول قابل استفاده هستند. بهبود برخی از بیماری‌ها در انسان و حیوانات در صورت مصرف خوراکی یا موضعی پاراپروبیوتیک‌ها اثبات شده است. در این مقاله، پس از معرفی پاراپروبیوتیک‌ها، سعی شده است روش‌های تولید و نیز تأثیر آن‌ها بر سلامتی انسان بر اساس پژوهش‌های انجام شده در دو دهه‌ی گذشته (با تأکید بر مطالعات اخیر) ارایه شود.

چکیده [English]

Probiotics are one of the innovative, effective and accepted ways to mitigate acuteness, and to help cure some diseases at the present era. However, there are some limitations in manufacturing and using live bacteria. Paraprobiotics are of the new methods that can handle these problems at the large scale. They are defined as non-viable form of probiotics that can be utilized as intact or broken cells, and also as cell extract. Treatment of some diseases in human and animals has been demonstrated in case of using edible of topical application of paraprobiotics. In this review, after introducing paraprobiotics and their production techniques, their effects on human health is presented based on researches conducted during the past two decades, especially recent studies.
