پاسخ‌های اینترلوکین-7 و ظرفیت هوازی به 20 جلسه‌ی تمرین مقاومتی کم‌شدت در وضعیت روزه‌داری در ماه رمضان

چکیده

مقدمه: تمرین مقاومتی، ممکن است با افزایش ترشح اینترلوکین-7 (IL-7) در سنتز سلول‌های عضلانی نقش داشته باشد. از طرفی، روزه‌داری (با کاهش انرژی دریافتی) می‌تواند بر متابولیسم پروتئین‌ها اثرگذار باشد. بنابراین، هدف از انجام مطالعه‌ی حاضر، بررسی اثر 20 جلسه تمرین مقاومتی با شدت پایین بر سطح سرمی IL-7، استقامت عضلانی و بیشینه‌ی اکسیژن مصرفی (Maximal oxygen consumption یا VO2max) در وضعیت روزه‌داری در ماه رمضان بود.روش‌ها: در پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی حاضر، 48 زن دارای اضافه‌وزن (با سن 9/5 ± 2/37 سال و شاخص توده‌ی بدنی 9/29-25 کیلوگرم/مترمربع) به طور تصادفی در گروه‌های روزه‌داری (12 نفر)، تمرین مقاومتی (15 نفر)، تمرین مقاومتی با روزه‌‌داری (11 نفر) و شاهد (10 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامه‌ی تمرین مقاومتی شامل اجرای هشت حرکت با تأکید بر گروه‌های عضلانی بزرگ بود که 5 جلسه در هفته با شدت 60-30 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه در ماه رمضان اجرا شد. طول ساعات روزه‌داری در ماه رمضان حدود 17 ساعت بود. نمونه‌ی خون قبل از ماه رمضان و در آخرین روز روزه‌داری (48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه‌ی تمرین در گروه‌های تمرین) در حالت ناشتا از آزمودنی‌ها گرفته شد.یافته‌ها: در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، استقامت عضلانی و VO2max در گروه‌های تمرین و تمرین-روزه به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت. علاوه بر این، غلظت سرمی IL-7 در گروه‌های تمرین و تمرین-روزه در مقایسه با پیش‌آزمون افزایش معنی‌داری داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: روزه‌داری اسلامی و تمرین مقاومتی با شدت کم، منجر به افزایش IL-7، آمادگی هوازی و استقامت عضلانی در زنان دارای اضافه‌وزن شد. بنابراین، زنان دارای اضافه‌وزن طی روزه‌داری می‌توانند از تمرین مقاومتی با شدت کم استفاده کنند.

Interleukin-7 and Aerobic Capacity Responses after 20 Sessions of Low-Intensity Resistance Training in Fasting State during Ramadan

Background: Resistance training may play a role in muscle cell synthesis by increasing the secretion of interleukin-7 (IL-7). On the other hand, fasting (reduced energy intake) can affect the metabolism of proteins. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the effects of 20 sessions of low-intensity resistance training (low-RT) on IL-7, muscular endurance, and maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) in fasting state during Ramadan.Methods: In this semi-experimental study, 48 overweight women [age: 37.2 ± 5.9 years, height: 160.2 ± 5.3 m, and body mass index (BMI): 25-29.9 kg/m2] were randomly assigned into fasting (FAS, n= 12), Low-RT (n = 15), FAS + Low-RT (n = 11), and control (CON, n = 10) groups. The Low-RT program involved eight exercises emphasis on major muscle groups, which was performed 5 sessions a week at an intensity of 30%-60% one-repetition maximum during Ramadan. During this month, the fasting time lasted about 17 hours. Blood samples were taken in the fasting state from all subjects before and on the last day of fasting (48 hours after the last training session).Findings: Muscular endurance and VO2max increased significantly in Low-RT and FAS + Low-RT groups compared to the CON. Moreover, there was a significant increase in IL-7 in the Low-RT and FAS + Low-RT groups compared to the baseline.Conclusion: A month Low-RT program in fasting state improved IL-7, aerobic capacity and muscular fitness. Thus, overweight women can benefit from low-intensity resistance training during Ramadan.
