بررسی ارتباط کیفیت خواب با شاخص توانایی شغلی در کارمندان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1396

چکیده

مقدمه: خواب یکی از مهم‌ترین نیازهای فیزیولوژیک در چرخه‌ی شبانه‌روزی و زیست محیطی و بخش مهمی از کیفیت زندگی به شمار می‌رود. به منظور ارزیابی وضع موجود برای مداخلات ارتقای سلامت، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط کیفیت خواب و توانایی شغلی در کارمندان انجام شد.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی، کارمندان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی آسان انتخاب شدند و پرسش‌نامه‌های ترجمه و معتبر شده‌ی استاندارد کیفیت خواب Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index یا PSQI) (حاوی سؤالات تأخیر، طول مدت، اثربخشی خواب، اختلالات خواب، مصرف داروی خواب‌آور و اختلال عملکرد روزانه) و شاخص توانایی شغلی (Work Ability Index یا WAI) (در ابعاد توانایی جسمی، فکری، بیماری، غیبت از کار، پیش‌بینی توانایی دو سال آینده و...) را تکمیل کردند. پاسخ‌ها جمع زده شد که جمع نمره‌ی PSQI کمتر از 5 نشان دهنده‌ی کیفیت خواب مطلوب و بیشتر از 5 بیانگر کیفیت خواب نامطلوب بود (نمره‌ی بالاتر کیفیت پایین‌تر خواب را نشان داد).یافته‌ها: 120 کارمند با میانگین سنی 27/7 ± 28/42 سال مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. شاخص توانمندی شغلی عالی، خوب و متوسط در مردان به ترتیب 8/27، 0/41 و 2/31 درصد و در زنان 5/28، 5/49 و 0/22 درصد به دست آمد. میانگین نمره‌ی کیفیت خواب 38/2 ± 36/4 بود. ارتباط معنی‌داری بین کیفیت خواب و WAI کارمندان مشاهده شد. سن کارمندان با کیفیت خواب رابطه‌ی معنی‌داری را نشان داد، اما میان کیفیت خواب و میزان WAI با جنسیت، محل کار و وضعیت تأهل کارمندان ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت.نتیجه‌گیری: کیفیت خواب گروه مورد مطالعه تا حدودی پایین بود. در افرادی که کیفیت خواب خوبی ندارند، توانایی و عملکرد شغلی پایین می‌آید که می‌تواند کیفیت خواب علت آن باشد یا تحت تأثیر عامل دیگری هر دو متغیر تغییر کرده باشد. تحقیقات بیشتر درباره‌ی علل کاهش کیفیت خواب و مداخلات اصلاح آن در زمینه‌ی زمان، مدت، آرامش در خواب و بیدار شدن پیشنهاد می‌شود.

Background: Sleep is one of the important physiologic needs in daily life cycle, and a part of quality of life. To design health promotion interventions, we assessed the relationship of sleep quality with job ability.Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the staffs of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran, selected by simple random sampling method, filled the validated questionnaires of Pittsburgh sleep quality (PSQI) and work ability index (WAI). The first included questions about sleep latency, duration, and efficiency, use of sleeping medication, and daytime dysfunction. The second included physical and mental abilities, diseases, job losses, prognosis of work ability for 2 years, etc. The answers were summated; the scores less than 5 in PSQI showed optimal quality of sleep, and more than 5 showed undesirable quality of sleep.Findings: 120 employees with mean age of 42.28 ± 7.27 years were enrolled. The WAI was high, good, and moderate in 27.8, 41.0, and 31.2 percent of men, and in 28.5, 49.5, and 22.0 percent of women, respectively. The mean score of PSQI was 4.36 ± 2.38. WAI had significant relation with quality of sleep, and the quality of sleep had relation with age. There was not any significant relation between sex, site of work, and marital status with sleep quality and work ability.Conclusion: Sleep quality was relatively low in the staffs, and affected their work abilities; maybe both were established under other causes. However, more researches on causes of low sleep quality, and interventions by time, duration, and relaxation for prevention and treatment of it are suggested.
