اثر عصاره‌ی هیدرو الکلی بادرنجبویه‌ی دنایی بر روی آنزیم‌های کبدی و عملکرد کلیوی خون در موش‌های صحرایی نر مبتلا به دیابت

چکیده

مقدمه: دیابت ملیتوس، شایع‌ترین بیماری اندوکرین است که سبب اختلال در عملکرد بسیاری از سیستم‌های بدن می‌شود. هدف از انجام مطالعه‌ی حاضر، بررسی اثر عصاره‌ی هیدروالکلی گیاه بادرنجبویه‌ی دنایی بر روی برخی از شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی خون در موش‌های صحرایی نر مبتلا به دیابت بود.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه تجربی، 48 سر موش صحرایی نر Wistar در محدوده‌ی وزنی 35 ± 215 گرم مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. حیوانات به صورت تصادفی به 6 گروه 8تایی شامل شاهد سالم و مبتلا به دیابت دریافت کننده‌ی آب مقطر، شاهد تحت درمان دریافت کننده‌ی 120 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن عصاره‌ی هیدروالکلی بادرنجبویه‌ی دنایی، مبتلا به دیابت تحت درمان دریافت کننده‌ی 40، 80 و 120 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن عصاره‌ی هیدروالکی بادرنجبویه‌ی دنایی تقسیم شدند. مدت درمان با عصاره‌ی گیاه، 20 روز بود و موش‌ها عصاره را به روش خوراکی دریافت کردند. در پایان دوره‌ی آزمایش، آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز (AST یا Aspartate transaminase)، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز (ALT یا Alanine transaminase)، آلکالین فسفاتاز (ALP یا Alkaline phosphatase)، نیتروژن اوره‌ی خون (BUN یا Blood urea nitrogen)، آلبومین (Albumin) و کراتینین (Creatinine) اندازه‌گیری شدند.یافته‌ها: عصاره‌ی گیاه بادرنجبویه‌ی دنایی در گروه‌های تحت درمان به طور وابسته به دز در مقایسه با گروه شاهد مبتلا به دیابت، موجب کاهش معنی‌دار فعالیت آنزیم‌های AST، ALT، ALP و گلوکز خون گردید (05/0 > P)، اما بر روی گروه شاهد سالم تأثیر معنی‌داری نداشت. همچنین، در گروه‌های تحت درمان با 80 و 120 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن عصاره‌ی هیدروالکی بادرنجبویه‌ی دنایی، کاهش آلبومین و نیتروژن اوره‌ی خون مشاهده گردید (05/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: عصاره‌ی گیاه بادرنجبویه‌ی دنایی با دزهای80 و 120 میلی‌گرم بر کیلو گرم در بهبود فعالیت آنزیم‌های کبدی و عملکرد کلیوی مؤثر بوده است.

چکیده [English]

Background: Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common endocrine diseases that impair the function of other body systems. This study conducted to determine the effect of hydro-alcoholic extract of Dracocephalum kotschyi on biochemical blood parameters of diabetic rats.Methods: In this experimental study, 48 male Wistar rats (215 ± 35 g) randomly were divided into 6 equal groups. Normal control and diabetic control groups received distilled water, and the control group receivedhydroalcoholic extract of Dracocephalum kotschyi (120 mg/Kg). Three treatment diabetic groups received 40, 80 and 120 mg/Kg of a hydroalcoholic extract of Dracocephalum kotschyi respectively. All groups were treated orally by gavage which continued for 21 days. The level of aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine transaminase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), albumin, creatinine and urea nitrogen in blood was measured at the end of the study in different groups.Findings: The Mean blood glucose in the treatment groups with extract of Dracocephalum kotschyi decreased significantly compared to the diabetic control (P < 0.05). The mean of AST, ALT and ALP was significantly reduced in treating diabetic groups in comparison to the diabetic control (P < 0.05). The mean of albumin and urea nitrogen in the treatment groups with 80 and 120 mg/Kg of the extract were reduced significantly compared to the diabetic control (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The dosage of 80 and 120 mg/Kg extract of Dracocephalum kotschyi improve liver and kidney function in diabetic rat.
