Background: Chronic low back pain is one of the most health problems worldwide. This study aimed to examine the effects of a designed multidisciplinary program on quality of life and disability among chronic low back pain patients up to 18 months. Methods: This study followed the participants in previous randomized controlled trial up to 18 months.
