بررسی محیط بازخورد به دانشجویان دستیاری در عرصه‌های بالینی: بومی‌سازی و بررسی روایی و پایایی ابزار

چکیده

مقدمه: آموزش بالینی و ارایه‌ی بازخورد، از مهم‌ترین معیارهای آموزش حرفه‌ای در جهت تثبیت آموخته‌های دانشجویان می‌باشند. از آن جایی که ارزیابی محیط آموزش بالینی با استفاده از یک ابزار متناسب، نقش مهمی در افزایش انگیزش و یادگیری دانشجویان دارد، مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف ارایه‌ی ابزاری بومی‌سازی شده برای بررسی محیط بازخورد در عرصه‌های بالینی در دانشجویان مقطع دستیاری پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد.روش‌ها: مطالعه‌ی حاضر، از نوع ابزارسازی و در قالب مطالعات مقطعی بود که در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 در دو مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله‌ی اول، ابزار بررسی محیط بازخورد Steelman و همکاران که برای محیط‌های کاری تدوین شده و مبنای تئوریک این مطالعه بود، به روش استاندارد «Forward–backward» از انگلیسی به فارسی ترجمه گردید. در مرحله‌ی دوم، روایی محتوایی پرسش‌نامه‌ی کمی (Content validity index یا CVI و Content validity ratio یا CVR) و کیفی، روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه به روش کمی و کیفی و همچنین، پایایی با محاسبه‌ی Cronbach's alpha انجام و داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل گردید.یافته‌ها: تمامی سؤالات پرسش‌نامه به لحاظ شاخص روایی محتوای کمی (CVR و CVI) و روایی صوری کمی (Quantitative face validity) در دامنه‌ی قابل قبولی قرار داشتند و ضریب Cronbach's alpha این مطالعه برابر با 861/0 به دست آمد.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان دادند نسخه‌ی فارسی و بومی‌سازی شده‌ی پرسش‌نامه‌ی Steelman و همکاران، از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است و می‌تواند برای بررسی محیط بازخورد در عرصه‌های بالینی در دانشجویان مقطع دستیاری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Background: Clinical education and providing feedback are the most important criteria of vocational education in order to consolidate students' learning. Since evaluation of clinical teaching environment with using a suitable tool plays an important role in enhancing students' motivation and learning, so this study aimed to provide a localized tool for examining feedback environment in clinical field in medical assistant students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran.Methods: This cross-sectional instrumental study was conducted in two phases in the academic year of 2017-2018. Firstly, the Stellman et al. Feedback Environment Scale tool which was developed for the work environment, and was the theoretical basis of this study was translated into Persian through the "forward-backward" method. Secondly, the content validity of the questionnaire was assessed quantitatively [content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) and qualitatively, the face validity of the questionnaire was assessed using quantitative and qualitative methods, and reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha; then, the data were analyzed using SPSS software.Findings: All the questions in the questionnaire were within acceptable range in terms of quantitative content validity index (CVR and CVI) and quantitative face validity [impact score (IS)], and Cronbach's alpha coefficient of this study was 0.861.Conclusion: The findings showed that the Persian and localized version of the Stilman et al. questionnaire had good validity and reliability, and could be used for evaluating feedback environment in clinical practice among medical assistant students.
