مدل ساختاری مناسب برای پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی زوجین بر اساس سبک دلبستگی و شادکامی با میانجی‌گری عملکرد خانوادگی

چکیده

مقدمه: رضایت زناشویی از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های کیفیت زندگی می‌باشد که توجه ویژه به عوامل مؤثر بر آن، ضروری است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل ساختاری مناسب برای پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی زوجین بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و شادکامی با میانجی‌گیری عملکرد خانوادگی بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه، یک تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی- مقطعی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره و راهنمایی انجمن اولیا و مربیان آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران در سال‌های 95-1394 بود. حجم نمونه شامل 200 زوج بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شده بودند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات عبارت از پرسش‌نامه‌ی سنجش عملکرد خانواده بر مبنای الگوی McMaster، پرسش‌نامه‌ی رضایت زناشویی Evaluation and nurturing relationship issues, communication and happiness (ENRICH)، مقیاس دلبستگی بزرگسال و پرسش‌نامه‌ی شادکامی Oxford بودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون همبستگی Pearson، Regression چند متغیری و طراحی مدل معادلات ساختاری با به کارگیری نرم‌افزار Lisrel استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: عملکرد خانواده نقش میانجی‌گری معنی‌داری در ارتباط بین شادکامی با رضایت زناشویی دارد (010/0 > P). شادکامی، ارتباط معنی‌دار مثبتی بر روی رضایت زناشویی دارد (010/0 > P). از بین سبک‌های دلبستگی، تنها سبک دو سوگرا، ارتباط معنی‌داری بر روی رضایت زناشویی ندارد (050/0 < P). با افزودن نقش میانجی عملکرد خانواده در ارتباط بین سبک دلبستگی و رضایت زناشویی، تنها سبک دلبستگی ایمن با رضایت زناشویی، ارتباط معنی‌دار دارد (010/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش، حاکی از آن است که سبک دلبستگی و میزان شادکامی زوجین در کنار کیفیت عملکرد خانوادگی زوجین عاملی اثرگذار و مهم در بهبود رضایت زناشویی زوجین می‌باشد.

Appropriate Structural Model for Predicting Marital Satisfaction Based on the Attachment Styles and Happiness by Mediating Family Functioning

چکیده [English]

Background: Previous research shows that marital satisfaction is one of the most important indicators of quality of life that requires special attention to its influencing factors. The purpose of this study was to design an appropriate structural model for predicting marital satisfaction based on attachment style and happiness mediated by family function.Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the statistical population included all couples who referred to counseling and guidance centers of Tehran Association of Education and Training, Tehran, Iran, during the years 2015-2016. The sample size was 200 couples who were selected using cluster sampling method. McMaster Family Assessment Device, Enrich Scale Satisfaction Questionnaire, Adult Attachment Scale, and Oxford Happiness Inventory were used as research tools. Pearson correlation test, multivariate regression test, and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis.Findings: Family function had a significant mediating role in the relationship between happiness and marital satisfaction (P < 0.010). Happiness had a positive effect on marital satisfaction (P < 0.010). Among attachment styles, only ambivalent style did not have a significant effect on marital satisfaction (P > 0.050). By adding the mediating role of family function in the relationship between attachment style and marital satisfaction, only secure attachment style had a significant effect on marital satisfaction (P < 0.010).Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that couples' attachment style and happiness level are important factors in improving marital satisfaction of couples, as well as quality of family performance.
