تأثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و تمرینات مقاومتی تراباند بر عوامل خطرزای بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی و آمادگی قلبی- تنفسی سالمندان

چکیده

مقدمه: فعالیت بدنی در دوران سالمندی با کاهش عوامل خطرزا، نقش حفاظتی در برابر بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی ایفا می‌کند. مطالعه‌ی حاضر، با هدف بررسی تأثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و تمرینات مقاومتی تراباند بر عوامل خطرزای بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی و آمادگی قلبی- تنفسی سالمندان صورت گرفت.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی تجربی، 40 سالمند دارای عوامل خطرزای قلبی- عروقی با نمونه‌گیری ساده انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی‌ها به طور تصادفی در یکی از دو گروه تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و تمرینات مقاومتی تراباند قرار گرفتند. شاخص توده‌ی بدنی، بیشینه‌ی اکسیژن مصرفی، فشار خون، قند خون ناشتا و نیم‌رخ لیپیدی بیماران به ترتیب با استفاده از آزمون راه رفتن Rockport، فشارسنج دستی و دستگاه Multicare-in در ابتدا و پس از 12 هفته تمرین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌های این پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون‌های Paired t و Independent t و نرم‌فزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: پس از مداخله، قند خون و نیم‌رخ لیپیدی در هر دو گروه بهبود معنی‌داری داشت. همچنین، شاخص توده‌ی بدنی، بیشینه‌ی اکسیژن مصرفی و فشار خون، پس از تمرینات بهبود یافته است. بین گروه تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و تمرینات مقاومتی تراباند، تفاوت معنی‌داری در شاخص توده‌ی بدنی، بیشینه‌ی اکسیژن مصرفی، فشار خون و نیمرخ لیپیدی مشاهده نشد و فقط قند خون ناشتا در گروه تمرینات مقاومتی تراباند کاهش بیشتری داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه، نشان می‌دهد که تمرینات ثبات مرکزی، منجر به بهبود شاخص توده‌ی بدنی، بیشینه‌ی اکسیژن مصرفی، قند خون و فشار خون سالمندان خواهد شد و استفاده از این مداخلات، در فرایند پزشکی و توان‌بخشی این بیماران توصیه می‌شود.

Background: Physical activity in aging reduces of risk factors, and plays a protective role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of core stability and TheraBand resistance training on cardiovascular risk factors and cardio-respiratory fitness in elderly.Methods: In this experimental study, 40 elderlies with cardiovascular risk factors were selected using simple sampling method. Subjects were randomly assigned to one of the two groups of core stability and TheraBand resistance training. Patient’s body mass index (BMI), maximum rate of oxygen consumption (VO2max), blood pressure, fasting blood sugar (FBS), and lipid profiles were evaluated using Rockport walking test, manual pressure gauge, and Multicare-in instrument at baseline and after 12 weeks of training. Data were analyzed using paired and independent t test via SPSS software.Findings: After intervention, FBS and lipid profiles improved significantly in both groups. Moreover, BMI, blood pressure, and VO2max improved after exercise. There was no significant difference in BMI, VO2max, blood pressure, and lipid profiles between the two groups, and only FBS was significantly less in TheraBand resistance training group.Conclusion: This study suggests that core stability training and TheraBand resistance training both will improve BMI, VO2max, blood glucose, lipid profiles, and blood pressure in the elderly, and the use of these interventions in the medical and rehabilitation process of these patients is recommended.
