میزان رضایت جنسی در زوجین نابارور با علت ناباروری زنانه و عوامل مرتبط با آن

چکیده

مقدمه: داشتن فرزند، قوی‌ترین خواسته در تمام جهان است و عدم تحقق آن، می‌تواند با استرس، کاهش ارتباط بین فردی و اجتماعی، عدم رضایت جنسی و در نهایت گسستگی زندگی زناشویی همراه باشد. مطالعه‌ی حاضر، با هدف بررسی میزان رضایت جنسی زوجین نابارور با علت ناباروری زنانه و عوامل مرتبط با آن، انجام گرفت.روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی مقطعی، بر روی 103 زوج نابارور (206 نفر) مراجعه کننده به مرکز ناباروری تهران انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌ی اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامه‌ی رضایت جنسی Larson بود.یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره‌ی کلی پرسش‌نامه‌ی رضایت جنسی زنان نابارور 00/75 (رضایت جنسی کم) و همسرانشان 92/79 (رضایت جنسی متوسط) بود. زنان نابارور به طور معنی‌داری نسبت به همسرانشان از رضایت جنسی کمتری برخوردار بودند (001/0 > P). رضایت جنسی زنان با میزان تحصیلات آنان، سن اولین مراجعه به مرکز ناباروری و سابقه‌ی ناباروری در خانواده و رضایت جنسی همسران زنان نابارور با طول مدت ناباروری و سن ازدواج زنان، ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری داشت (001/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان داد، زنان نابارور از رضایت جنسی کم و همسران آنان از رضایت جنسی متوسط برخوردار بودند و رضایت جنسی زنان نابارور، به طور معنی‌داری از همسرانشان کمتر بود؛ این موضوع، توجه ویژه به رضایت جنسی زوجین نابارور را می‌طلبد.

Background: Having a child is the strongest desire in the world, and failure in it can be associated with stress, reduced interpersonal and social relationships, sexual dissatisfaction, and ultimately the breakdown of married life. The aim of this study was to evaluate sexual satisfaction and related factors in infertile couples with female infertility.Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed on 103 infertile couples (206 patients) referred to the infertility center of Tehran, Iran. The Data were collected by two questionnaires including demographic questionnaires and Larsons Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire.Findings: The total score of Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire was 75.00 (low sexual satisfaction) for infertile women, and 79.92 (moderate sexual satisfaction) for their husbands. Infertile women had significantly less sexual satisfaction than their husbands (P < 0.001). Women's sexual satisfaction had a statistically significant relationship with their education level, age of referral to infertility center, and infertility history (P < 0.001); and sexual satisfaction of infertile women's husbands had a statistically significant relationship with duration of infertility and age of marriage of women (P < 0.001).Conclusion: The present study showed that infertile women had low sexual satisfaction, and their husbands had moderate sexual satisfaction. The sexual satisfaction of infertile women was significantly lower than their husbands, which requires special attention.
