بررسی آگاهی مردم شهر اصفهان در خصوص اهدای اعضا در سال 1392

چکیده

مقدمه: مقوله‌ی اهدای اعضا، شاخص‌ترین نماد تلفیق پزشکی و خدمات بالینی با نگرش و باورهای مردم است. به منظور طراحی راهکارهای گسترش فرهنگ اهدای عضو در جامعه، در این مطالعه میزان آگاهی و اطلاعات مردم شهر اصفهان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.روش‌ها: با انجام یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی در جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه، نمونه‌ای برابر 975 نفر از افراد بالاتر از 15 سال شهر اصفهان با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه‌ی خود ساخته در 2 بخش اطلاعات زمینه‌ای و سؤالات آگاهی بود. اطلاعات با کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون‌های t و One-way ANOVA (One-way analysis of variance) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: از بین 975 شرکت کننده‌ی حاضر در مطالعه، 516 نفر (9/52 درصد) زن و 459 نفر (1/47 درصد) مرد بودند که میانگین سنی آن‌ها، 12/5 ± 45/30 سال بود. میانگین نمره‌ی آگاهی شرکت کنندگان در خصوص اهدای عضو، برابر 2/2 ± 3/5 بود که با توجه به گروه‌بندی صورت گرفته، در حد متوسط بود. همچنین، توزیع فراوانی رده‌بندی وضعیت آگاهی افراد نشان داد که اکثریت افراد، آگاهی متوسطی در خصوص اهدای عضو داشته‌اند. همچنین، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر میزان آگاهی افراد در خصوص اهدای عضو نشان داد که عواملی نظیر جنسیت، سن، وضعیت تأهل و وضعیت اشتغال، تأثیر قابل ملاحظه‌ای از نظر آماری بر آگاهی شرکت کنندگان در خصوص اهدا نداشت (050/0 < P) و در مقابل، سطح تحصیلات و وضعیت درآمد افراد بر میزان آگاهی آن‌ها اثرگذار بود (050/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: آگاهی جامعه‌ی استان در خصوص پیوند اعضا در حد خوب تا متوسط می‌باشد. همچنین، با توجه به نقش صدا و سیما در اطلاع‌رسانی، به نظر می‌رسد این رسانه از ابزارهای مهم جهت افزایش آگاهی افراد می‌باشد.

Background: The topic of organ donation is the most notable sign of combining medicine and clinical service with people's insight and beliefs. To plan a key for expanding the culture of organ donation in society, the information and awareness of people from Isfahan (Isfahanians), Iran, were investigated in this research.Methods: Performing a descriptive research on the studied population, a sample of 975 Isfahanians over 15 years old of age was taken via the method of random stratified sampling. Data collecting tool was a self-made questionnaire in 2 sections of background information and awareness questions. Data were analyzed via SPSS17 software using independent sample t and analysis of variance tests.Findings: Of 975 participants in the research, 51 (52.9%) 6 were women and 459 (47.7%) were men, with the mean age of 30.45 ± 5.12 years. The mean awareness score about organ donation was 5.3 ± 2.2, about average noting the groupings. In addition, the distribution of classification frequencies of people's awareness state showed that, most of the participants had average awareness about organ donation. Besides, observing the effective factors on awareness state of participants about organ donation, factors such as gender, age, marital status and occupational state did not have donation noticeable effect on awareness of the people about organ donation (P > 0.050); on the other hand, education level and income state were effective on the level of their awareness (P < 0.050).Conclusion: The awareness of Isfahanian society about organ donation is about decent to average. Besides, according to role of the media in acquainting, it seems that media is one of the most important tools in increasing people's awareness.
