عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مدیریت گردشگری دندانپزشکی با رویکرد سیاستگذاری جذب توریسم دندانپزشکی: دیدگاهی از ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات

مقدمه: امروزه دریافت خدمات دندانپزشکی در سفر به دلایل صرفه‌جویی مالی و ارتقای کیفیت خدمات مورد توجه گردشگران قرار گرفته است. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مدیریت گردشگری دندانپزشکی در مرکز استان البرز انجام شد.
روش‌ها: مطالعه‌ی حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی (مقطعی) بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی دندانپزشکان شاغل در شهر کرج بودند (751 = N). حجم نمونه طبق جدول مورگان 256 نفر تعیین شد که با درنظر گرفتن 10 درصد احتمال ریزش تعداد 264 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته تأیید شد. روش نمونه‌گیری احتمالی طبقه‌بندی شده بود.
یافته‌ها: 8 عامل بر مدیریت گردشگری دندانپزشکی در مرکز استان البرز مؤثر شناخته شد که در مجموع 66/202 درصد واریانس را تبیین نمود. مؤثرترین عامل جذب گردشگر «میزان آمادگی استان و دندانپزشکان در جذب گردشگر دندانپزشکی» با قدرت تبیین 17/837 درصد از کل واریانس بود. کمترین تأثیر را عامل «تراکم ترافیک و آلودگی هوا» با قدرت تبیین 3/852 درصد داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به سیاستگذاران گردشگری سلامت کمک نماید تا با مدیریت 8 عامل مؤثر شناخته شده در جذب توریسم دندانپزشکی گامی مؤثر در جهت توسعه‌ی اقتصادی کشور ایران برداشته و در حوزه‌ی گردشگری سلامت مزیت رقابتی کسب کنند.

Affecting Factors of Management of Dental Tourism with a Policy-Making Approach to Attract Dental Tourism: A Perspective of Service Providers

چکیده [English]

Background: Many tourists are now interested in receiving dental services while traveling due to the potential for cost savings and enhanced service quality. This study aimed to determine the factors affecting the management of dental tourism in the center of Alborz province.
Methods: The present study was descriptive-analytical (cross-sectional). The statistical population of the research consisted of all dentists working in Karaj city (N = 751). The sample size was determined to be 256 participants, based on Morgan's table, and 264 questionnaires were collected, considering a ten percent chance of dropping out. The validity and reliability of the researcher-made questionnaire were confirmed. The stratified random sampling was used.
Findings: Eight factors were found to be effective in dental tourism management in the center of Alborz province, which explained 66.202% of the variance. The most effective factor in attracting tourists was "the level of preparation of the province and dentists in attracting dental tourists," with the explanatory power of 17.837% of the total variance. The factor "traffic congestion and air pollution" had the least impact, with an explanatory power of 3.852 percent.
Conclusion: The results of this research assist health tourism policymakers in effectively advancing Iran's economic development by managing the eight known influential factors in attracting dental tourism and gaining a competitive advantage in health tourism.
