A huge retroperitoneal malignant fibrohistiocytoma myxoid type, 10.5 kg of weight, with anatomic involvement of left kidney but without metastasis is reported. It is reported because of its size. This 54-year-old patient lived in Austria, and his chief complaint was abdominal obesity that has been resistant to diet therapy. The patient underwent a successful laparatomy and was referred to an oncologist for further follow up
