Abstract
Introduction: In the realm of new health paradigms, the concept of “spiritual health” has gained special importance as a fundamental component in the development of integrated human well-being. This research aims to formulate a “Comprehensive Quranic Approach to Spiritual Health” based on systematic inference from the teachings of “Surah Al-Fatiha,” conducting an in-depth and integrated analysis of this Surah as a comprehensive model for promoting spiritual health.

Methods: The present study is a descriptive-analytical and qualitative study that extracts spiritual health teachings from Surah Al-Fatiha using the qualitative content analysis method and interpretative approaches. This approach allows for a deep and multidimensional examination of concepts, contributing to the development of a comprehensive model of the Quranic approach to spiritual health and the presentation of a coherent theoretical framework.

Findings: The results of the qualitative content analysis of the verses of Surah Al-Fatiha include key teachings related to spiritual health, which are categorized into various aspects such as the recognition of God, worship, divine guidance, gratitude, and hope. These teachings contribute to the improvement of spiritual health dimensions by strengthening the meaning of life, purposefulness, inner peace, and positive relationships.

Conclusion: This research demonstrated that Surah Al-Fatiha, as a sacred text, possesses the potential to enhance various dimensions of spiritual health. The teachings of this Surah, through diverse psychological and spiritual mechanisms, help individuals experience a more meaningful, purposeful, and peaceful life, thereby leading to the improvement of their spiritual health and, consequently, their other dimensions of health.
