مقایسه‌ی تأثیرات کینزیوتیپ و تمرین قدرتی بر درد زانو و قدرت عضله‌ی چهارسر رانی افراد مبتلا به سندرم درد کشککی- ‌رانی

چکیده

مقدمه: سندرم درد کشککی- رانی شایع‌ترین اختلال مفصل زانو است که از هر 4 نفر مبتلا به درد زانو، یک نفر از این عارضه رنج می‌برد. هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر مقایسه‌ی تأثیرات کینزیوتیپ و تمرین قدرتی بر درد زانو و قدرت عضلات چهارسر رانی در افراد مبتلا به سندرم درد کشککی- رانی بود.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، 31 بیمار مرد (سن 1 ± 25 سال، قد 15/6 ± 6/73 سانتی‌متر و وزن 1/7 ± 25/71 کیلوگرم) مبتلا به سندرم درد کشککی- رانی از دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در سه گروه کینزیوتیپ، تمرین و کینزیوتیپ- تمرین قرار داده شدند. گروه‌ها به مدت 6 هفته تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. از آزمودنی‌ها قبل و بعد از سپری کردن دوره‌ی درمانی آزمون به عمل آمد. متغیرهای درد و قدرت ایزوکینتیک عضلات باز کننده‌ی زانو به ترتیب توسط شاخص مقیاس دیداری درد و دستگاه دینامومتر بایودکس اندازه گیری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس برای اندازه‌های تکرار شده در سطح 05/0 = α استفاده گردید.یافته‌ها: پس از 6 هفته درمان، میانگین شاخص درد در گروه کینزیوتیپ و کینزیوتیپ- تمرین نسبت به پیش‌آزمون کاهش معنی‌داری نشان داد (05/0 > P). میانگین حداکثر گشتاور عضله‌ی چهارسر رانی فقط درگروه کینزیوتیپ- تمرین نسبت به پیش‌آزمون افزایش معنی‌داری را نشان داد (05/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد که نوارپیچی در بیماران تأثیر معنی‌داری داشته است. با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که احتمال دارد، کینزیوتیپ باعث افزایش سطح تماس بین کشکک با ناودان استخوان ران شده، فشار را کاهش دهد که در نتیجه‌ی آن درد کاهش می‌یابد.

چکیده [English]

Background: Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) is the most prevalent knee disorder. In fact, one in every four knee patients suffers from this syndrom. The purpose of the present study was to compare the effects of kinesiotape and strength training on knee pain and quadriceps strength in people with patellofemoral pain syndrome.Methods: Thirty one male patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome, with a mean age of 25 ± 1 year, a mean height of 173.6 ± 6.15 cm, and a mean weight of 71.25 ± 7.1 kg, were randomly assigned into three groups of kinesiotape, exercise, and combined kinesiotape-exercise. All groups underwent six weeks of intervention. Pre- and post-tests were administered. A visual analogue scale and the Biodex isokinetic dynamometer were used to measure pain and strength of the knee muscles, respectively. Repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to analyze the data. The significance level was considered as α = 0.05.Findings: After six weeks of intervention, significant pain reductions were observed in the kinesiotape, and combined kinesiotape-exercise groups (P ˂ 0.05). However, mean of maximum quadriceps muscle torque improved significantly only in the combined kinesiotape-exercise group (P ˂ 0.05). Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that taping significantly reduced pain. It could be concluded that using kinesiotape increased the contact surface between patella and intercondylar groove and decreased pressure which in turn improved pain.
