بررسی ارتباط بین اختلالات انسدادی حین خواب (Obstructive sleep apnea) و اختلالات نعوظی (Erectile dysfunction) در مراجعین به کلینیک اختلالات خواب

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف کلی از انجام این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط میان اختلالات انسدادی خواب و اختلالات نعوظی بود.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه 77 بیمار که با شکایت اختلالات نعوظی توسط اورولوژیست و یا مراجع قانونی ارجاع داده شده بودند، جهت بررسی وجود اختلالات انسدادی خواب بستری شدند. این افراد برای هشت ساعت تحت مانیتورینگ از نظر نعوظ، آپنه‌ی انسدادی حین خواب، پالس اکسیمتری و مانیتورینگ کامل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه ارتباط معنی‌داری بین آپنه‌ی انسدادی حین خواب و اختلالات نعوظی دیده نشد. ولی بین افزایش سن و اختلالات نعوظی و همچنین افزایش شاخص توده‌ی بدنی و اختلالات نعوظی رابطه‌ی معنی‌دار وجود داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به دخالت علل ارگانیک در ارتباط بین آپنه‌ی انسدادی حین خواب و اختلالات نعوظی، لزوم بررسی علل ارگانیک در مطالعات آینده تأیید شد.

چکیده [English]

Background: The purpose of this study was investigating the relationship of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and erectile dysfunction (ED) in patients referred to specialized sleep clinic.Methods: 77 patients with chief complain of erectile dysfunction referred to one specialized sleep clinic by urologists or legal authorities were investigated if they had obstructive sleep apnea. They were monitored for 8 hours in view of erection, apnea, electrocardiogram, pulse oximetry and polysomnography. Findings: Tests confirmed that erectile dysfunction and obstructive sleep apnea had no meaningful relationship (P > 0.05).Conclusion: In our study, the relationship between erectile dysfunction and obstructive sleep apnea was not meaningful but we understood that some psychological factors are effective for erectile dysfunction. It is suggested to study organic factors responsible for erectile dysfunction.
