شادکامی در کارکنان بخش سلامت: برخی عوامل زمینه‌ای و شغلی مرتبط با آن

چکیده

مقدمه: شادکامی به عنوان یکی از احساسات ریشه‌ای انسان، نقشی تعیین کننده در سلامت فرد و جامعه دارد و می‌تواند به عنوان کاتالیزور و تسهیل ‌کننده، در توسعه‌ی جوامع نیز نقش داشته باشد. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی شادکامی در کارکنان بخش سلامت و برخی متغیرهای جمعیتی و شغلی مرتبط با آن بود.روش‌ها: این تحقیق به روش مقطعی در زمستان 1392 و بهار 1393 در کارکنان بخش سلامت شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد. از 537 پرسش‌نامه‌ی ارایه شده، تعداد 480 نفر پرسش‌نامه‌ی شادکامی آکسفورد (OHI یا Oxford happiness inventory) را به همراه سؤالات زمینه‌ای و شغلی تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 18 و با کمک آزمون‌های توصیفی (میانگین ± انحراف معیار) و استنباطی متناسب (همبستگی Pearson، t و Regression) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی پاسخ دهندگان 6/8 ± 8/35 سال بود. 144 نفر از پاسخ ‌دهندگان مرد (2/30 درصد) و بقیه زن بودند. از نظر سطوح شادکامی، بیشتر پاسخگویان، کمی شاد بوده‌اند (279 نفر یا 1/58 درصد). همچنین، میانگین نمره‌ی کلی شادکامی برابر با 80/14 ± 30/38 بود. از نظر میانگین نمره‌ی شادکامی، پزشکان بیشترین نمره‌ی شادکامی (17/21 ± 19/47) و ماماها کمترین نمره (83/11 ± 39/35) را کسب کردند. همچنین، در مدل Regression، متغیرهای دوست داشتن شغل، رضایت از سلامت و سطح تحصیلات، 5/21 درصد از تغییرات شادکامی را تبیین کردند (215/0 = Rad، 220/0 = 2R، 469/0 = R).نتیجه‌گیری: شادکامی کارکنان بخش سلامت پایین‌تر از متوسط بود. لزوم اقدامات و برنامه‌ریزی در راستای افزایش شادکامی در این کارکنان، به خصوص کارشناسان مامایی توصیه می‌شود.

Background: Happiness, as a human basic emotion, has an important role in individual and society health, and can be a catalyzer for society development. The aim of this study was surveying happiness in health sector personnel and some demographic and occupational related factors.Methods: This cross-sectional study was done on health sector personnel of Kermanshah, Iran, during January to April 2014. From 537 distributed questionnaires (Oxford happiness questionnaire and demographic and occupational checklist), 480 were completed and collected (89% of response rate). Data were analyzed via SPSS18 software using independent-t, ANOVA, regression and Pearson’s correlation tests.Findings: The mean age of respondents was 35.8 ± 8.6 years. 30.2% of respondents were men (n = 144) and others were women. In concern with happiness levels, most of the respondents had little happiness (279 people, 58.1%). In addition, the mean score of total happiness was 38.3 ± 14.7. Physicians and midwives obtained the most (47.2) and the least mean scores of happiness (35.4), respectively. Besides, in the regression model, variables such as job loving, health satisfaction, and literacy level, had explained 21.5% of happiness variance changes (R = 0.469, R2 = 0.220, Rad = 0.215).Conclusion: Happiness in health sector personnel is lower than average. Necessary measures and programs for increasing happiness in the midwifery staff are recommended.
