کاربرد درمان‌های ذهن‌آگاهانه در درمان نشانگان ناراحتی بدنی

چکیده

از دهه‌ی 1970، جریان یکپارچه شدن ذهن‌آگاهی با روان درمانی شروع شد. درمان‌های مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی از جمله ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس، کاربرد وسیعی در درمان بیماران مبتلا به شرایط طبی مزمن دارند. این درمان‌ها تأکید می‌کنند که آگاهی نسبت به لحظه حال و پذیرش آن، از جنبه‌های مهم درمانی است. این اختلالات، از مشکلات بزرگ بهداشت عمومی هستند که کمتر درمان مؤثری برای آن‌ها روی ‌کار آمده ‌است. نشانگان جسمی عملکردی و جسمی‌سازی است که با اصطلاحی کلی‌تر، تحت عنوان نشانگان ناراحتی بدنی یکپارچه شده‌اند. در این اختلالات، پایه‌های جسمی مشخصی برای تبیین نشانه‌های بیماران یافت نمی‌شود. یکی از درمان‌های جدید در این حوزه، درمان‌های ذهن‌آگاهانه است که با آموزش آگاهی بدنی، ذهنی و ارتباط بین این دو، منجر به افزایش ماده‌ی خاکستری مغز در شکنج اینسولا، هیپوکامپ و کورتکس پیش‌پیشانی، افزایش فعالیت نواحی بالابرنده‌ی خلق در کورتکس پیشانی چپ، تقویت سیستم ایمنی و بهبود عملکرد روان‌شناختی مرتبط با پذیرش خود می‌گردد و علایم اختلال را کاهش و بهبود می‌دهد.

چکیده [English]

Mindfulness and psychotherapy integration movement has begun since the 1970s. Mindfulness-based therapies such as mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), are widely used in the treatment of patients with chronic medical conditions. These therapies focus on the present moment awareness and acceptance as an important aspect of treatment. One of the major public health problems is functional somatic syndromes and somatization. There are a few effective treatments for them. These two problems have been united with the term as bodily distress syndrome (BDS); the clear somatic basis has not been found. Of the new therapies in the treatment of bodily distress syndrome are mindfulness-based therapies. These therapies, via mind and body awareness training and connection between mind and body, increase brain gray matter in the insula, hippocampus and prefrontal cortex. They increase activity of the left frontal areas elevating mood and boost the immune system, too. These therapies improve mental performance related to its acceptance and decrease the symptoms of bodily distress syndrome.
