بررسی تأثیر آموزش بر آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی در خصوص آلودگی به شپش

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش بر آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی منطقه‌ی گورت اصفهان در خصوص آلودگی به شپش در سال 1396 انجام گرفت.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی کارآزمایی میدانی، 154 نفر از مادران دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدایی به دو گروه 77 نفره تقسیم شدند. گروه اول تحت مداخله‌ی آموزشی در خصوص آلودگی به شپش قرار گرفتند و در گروه دوم هیچ مداخله‌ای انجام نشد. سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران قبل و دو ماه پس از مداخله مورد ارزیابی و مقایسه قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره‌ی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران پس از مداخله در گروه آزمون به ترتیب 62/1 ± 25/11، 47/1 ± 77/18 و 88/0 ± 22/8 و در گروه شاهد به ترتیب 31/1 ± 07/6، 24/1 ± 01/10 و 88/0 ± 93/2 بود. بین دو گروه اختلاف معنی‌داری در هر سه حیطه‌ی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد وجود داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای برنامه‌ی آموزش بهداشت، نقش مؤثری در افزایش میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران در خصوص آلودگی به شپش دارد.

The Effect of Education on Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice about Pediculosis among the Mothers of Elementary School Students

چکیده [English]

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of education on knowledge, attitude, and practice in the field of pediculosis among the mothers of elementary school students in Gavart district, Isfahan, Iran, in year 2016.Methods: In this field trial study, 154 mothers of primary school students in Gavart district were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 77. The first group went under education about pediculosis, and in the second group, no intervention was applied. Awareness, attitude, and practice of the mothers were evaluated before and 2 months after the intervention, and were compared between the two groups.Findings: The mean scores of knowledge, attitude, and practice after the intervention was 11.25 ± 1.62, 18.77 ± 1.47, and 8.22 ± 0.88 in intervention group, and was 6.07 ± 1.31, 10.01 ± 1.24, and 2.93±0.88, in control group, respectively; and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion: Implementation of the health education program probably has an effective role in increasing awareness, attitude, and practice among mothers regarding infection with lice.
